I highly recommend Palm Beach Orthodontics Inc. - Carrol Ann Fenn DDS. I needed a new retainer a couple of years ago and recently I needed it adjusted. Dr. Fenn did amazing work for both visits. She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I have full trust in her and her team, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. The receptionist, Robin, is also wonderful ; they are both so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The whole office makes you feel like family, which is rare and so appreciated. I’m very grateful for the care and kindness they provide.

Wow! Dr Fenn is a wonderful person and a wonderful Dr. I have never been treated by someone that takes so much care of her patients. The time, the empathy, the listening, the patience, the expertise, I could go on and on, but could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Fenn. My previous orthodontist left my younger son with his front teeth flaring out after phase one braces and Dr. Fenn was able to straighten his teeth out with Invisalign (and he rarely complains of soreness). My older son had an expander and is in braces. His teeth are looking great. Dr. Fenn is very knowledgable, kind and thorough. She keeps me informed of the kids’ progress. Even our dentist complimented on my their orthodontic treatment. Because she is very detailed, you have to be patient, but I think in the end, the results will be worth the wait.

Dr. Fenn really listens and makes you feel heard, does exactly what you ask. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she is also very kind. I needed Invisalign because I did not like my smile and we were on a time crunch because I was getting married. Dr. Fenn did a beautiful job with my teeth, and made adjustments that I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my Orthodontist.

My son Jeremiah, is a young man with Down Syndrome, has been a patient of Dr Carrol Fenn for almost 2 years. She is amazing Orthodontist full of knowledge, love and compassion. She is explained the all process of the treatment of my son and offered a great payment plan to assist us in this matter. Jeremiah enjoys coming to the Dr Fenn office in West Palm Beach.
