The office and staff were all very friendly, and the male doctor was kind and did a great job with my special needs child. However, I left feeling like the experience was more focused on selling than treating. I wasn’t a fan of the different “packages” that were presented. It felt more like choosing an amusement park annual pass than discussing a treatment plan. I ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere and ultimately saved about $1,500 while receiving the same recommended treatment.

The service was exceptional! I absolutely love my braces. The entire process was smooth and easy, and the doctors/staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and caring. Everyone made me feel so welcomed, and you can truly tell they take their time to be thorough and careful with their work. Thank you all for being so amazing!

I love coming to Redemption. Everyone is o nice and inviting. They explain everything so that you understand what's going on and what's to come. The music is a plus!!!
