Clark Orthodontics

I walked into the office to make an appointment for the consultation. The person at the front desk asked me if we have a general dentist and I said we haven't found one yet. We moved to Tally a few months ago and the new dental insurance plan has just begun. The person said we have to do the cleaning first before a consultation. We had a consultation back in our old town but couldn't start it because of the out of state moving. I never heard that the cleaning was necessary before a consultation. I asked what we should bring(like x-ray results) after the cleaning. She said nothing to bring. So I said why we need to do the cleaning first since you don't need anything from us, she said that's the way that they make an consultation appointment. I left the office and called another orthodontics. The other orthodontics asked me the same question but they said we don't need to do the cleaning before the consultation. We just need a cleaning appointment. That's a big difference. They gave me a few numbers to call and I made a cleaning appointment. Then I made the consultation appointment which was way earlier than the cleaning appointment. I was so confused as to why you need a cleaning before a consultation(not a real treatment). I would understand if the cleaning is a necessary step before an actual treatment. My daughter asked me if I made a reservation with Dr. Clark's since we got the name from her friends, I said no, we won't go there.

Dr. Clark was honest with my issues and told me what my options were. After I had to move during treatment him and his staff continued to provide excellent care. By far one of the best medical providers in Tallahassee. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking help with their teeth. His bedside manner is incredible and the staff are super friendly. Keep in mind since they are one of the best, they are always booked so make sure to plan for it.

Highly recommend! I had a consultation with Clark Orthodontics, everything went great, & was a all around awesome experience! The office is so beautiful. All the associates and staff were so friendly & down to earth. Dr. Clark was amazing about giving me his thoughts and opinions and what would be best for all my dental needs. Also will answer any questions or concerns you may have and was in and out in a timely manner.

I was incredibly impressed with the attention and sincerity we were met with at Clark Orthodontics. Right away we felt warm and welcome. My son was very nervous but continued commenting how "cool" the office was! I was very impressed with the amazing use of the technology in the office. From the touch screen check in to the way that Dr. Clark and staff utilized computers to thoroughly explain and show me what was happening with my sons teeth! I felt incredibly confident in their approach and appreciated the way they approach proceeding. I didn't feel pressured into jumping into procedures and felt empowered and knowledgeable about our course of action! My son was impressed with the birds and the video games! Very professional, personal, and sincere.

The best office ever! My son has been a patient at Stevens Orthodontist since 2007. There has never been a time that we were not welcomed as if we were family! The staff and Dr. Clark all do a fantastic job, and they make sure that their patients are comfortable throughout the visit. The office environment is relaxing to all, and they spoil us with beverages and homemade cookies! Thanks to each and everyone of you for such wonderful care!
