Both my son and I had braces with Dr. Hurst, and we couldn’t be happier. My son’s treatment was quicker than mine, and his smile looks amazing. I had a more complex case—with an extra tooth, a narrow upper palate, and a shifting bite—but thanks to Dr. Hurst’s attention to detail, I’m now Invisalign-free with a beautiful, healthy smile. I also saw Dr. Insoft a few times and found him just as caring and knowledgeable. The entire team is friendly, remembers your name, and makes scheduling easy with multiple convenient locations. Dr. Mike is an exceptional orthodontist who truly cares about his patients. His attention to detail and dedication to providing the best care is evident from the moment you step into his office. He takes the time to explain treatment options thoroughly and always makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. The office is modern, clean, and well-staffed, making every visit pleasant. The front desk staff, Savannah and Lexi were so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert orthodontic care!

I wish there was an option to do no stars or better yet, negative stars. This place ruined my daughter's teeth! We are spending another $5,000 for another surgery to save my daughter's teeth and gums. This is just one of many surgeries she's had to have after Insoft and Hurst destroyed her mouth with their orthodontic work. She's had countless surgeries at this point and we've spent countless money. She almost lost all 8 front teeth because of their negligence and malpractice. At the time, her dad and I went into, "how do we save her teeth?" mode and we didn't entertain the idea of sueing. We also didn't plan to be still going through it 5 years after! But another surgery is upcoming and we are not at all confident this will be the last. We expect more. Looking back, we had the grounds for a malpractice lawsuit. Just hoping "this one last surgery, and this one last visit" for years now, it's too late. But I will do my due diligence and warn people so this doesn't happen to them. I will also be filling out a BBB report. It really is not ok for a child to fear loosing their front teeth at 15 years old. It's not ok mentally or financially that our entire family has had to go through these horrific events... Time and time again over their negligence and malpractice. If only I could go back in time and make a different decision as to who would do her Ortho work, our lives would be much different.

Some great people and they do a good job but I’d recommend going elsewhere. Why? They are constantly 4-6+ weeks out for appointments which will in turn delay treatment for people like myself who have unpredictable schedules and work nights. Also I once asked for them to squeeze me in a little later than my original appointment and was told no… I live over an hour away and was experiencing traffic. Seems a little crazy to me considering I’ve spent 7k on braces….

Dr. Insoft and Dr. Hurst both take care of their patients with great professionalism and courtesy. I got my braces on a few years ago and every appointment was quick and easy! Their staff are all wonderful and pleasant to work with. Some of them have been there for years, which goes to show how close knit the staff can be. It’s always nice to see familiar faces when you go to a doctor’s office. Once I got my braces off, I absolutely fell in love with my teeth! I’ve been able to make appointments with them again after my retainer cracked due to time and deterioration. They were able to fit me in their schedule the same day I called in and it didn’t take long before I was in and out with my retainer purchase! Rescheduling my retainer fitting was quick and easy too! For the fitting I checked in 20 minutes before my scheduled time and they got me in and out within 10 minutes! I was actually surprised that they remembered how to pronounce my name correctly even after all these years! I highly recommend them if you’re looking to get braces! They do offer teeth whitening services. I haven’t gotten it done by them but I have no doubt in their work. People really need to appreciate the quality service that this office has to offer. I know I do and I’ll go back to them if I ever need to in the future!
