I’ve been coming here for the past three years for my braces, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Stevie has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey. She is always patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything, makes sure I’m comfortable, and genuinely cares about the results. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it shows in my smile! The doctor is just as incredible. Professional, skilled, and attentive, they make you feel confident that you’re in the best hands. The whole team is welcoming and organized, and every visit has been smooth and positive. After three years, I can honestly say choosing this office was one of the best decisions I made. I absolutely love this orthodontist office!!! Mo and Breanna are amazing, but truly every single staff member that I have encountered have been so friendly, welcoming and they take the time to explain everything and assure that you understand the entire process!

Dr. McDowell and Mary were incredibly patient and understanding of my needs. They truly listened and made sure I was happy and getting exactly what I wanted. They were great at answering all of my questions and offering professional advice, while still giving me the freedom to make my own decisions. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. Breanna & Mary was excellent. They both made the process easy & smooth. Breanna made my daughter feel comfortable during the process of placing her braces. I was pleased with the professionalism because my daughter is scared of the dentist or the orthodontist.

Absolutely incredible experience for both of my girls. They both got braces around the same time. They were super accommodating with scheduling appts together and always so nice. Highly recommend for teenagers. Breanna took my daughter’s braces off today and she explained the process to her before doing the work, which is always appreciated. They make you feel at home every time!
