Dr. Bernitt and the entire staff at Sarasota Complete Dental are incredibly friendly, professional, and caring. My son had a badly broken molar, and they were able to get him in for an appointment very quickly. Dr. Bernitt and his assistant explained every step of the procedure to him, which helped him feel comfortable and at ease. They took excellent care of him, and we truly appreciated their compassion and efficiency. I highly recommend Sarasota Complete Dental to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness, warm colors, and welcoming atmosphere of the office. Everyone on the team, from the front desk staff to the dental assistants, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable and respected throughout every visit. A special thank you to Dr. Luis Gutierrez. He is an outstanding dentist with tremendous experience, a wonderful personality, and a calm, confident approach. His work is both precise and gentle. Even the anesthetic injections were far less stressful than I had anticipated. The organization and efficiency of the entire clinic are exceptional. Every step of the process is handled professionally, and patient comfort is clearly a top priority. After my experiences here, I can honestly say that Dr. Gutierrez and his entire team deserve every compliment they receive. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and for creating an environment where patients feel safe, valued, and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Have had 2 cleanings and had no issues before. Provider and staff seemed good. But as soon as I had a dental problem, they disappointed me. Called 5 times within 5 hours to see if they could fit me in same day (starting at 7:30am), and received 1 call back which I missed before searching for another dentist (which luckily I did and that dentist was able to help me). No complaints on dentist and clinical staff. But front staff or whoever picks up the calls (Sherry, Crystal, and others I can't remember names) needs to do better. Each time I was told I would get a call back and they kept asking me the same questions. You'd think they would document my dental complaint the first time. I understand if you couldn't fit me in same day for dental emergency but communicate that instead of saying "someone will call you back." And I asked for out of pocket prices for exam and no one could provide that. Very disappointing and frustrating when you're in pain. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, will never go back.

The staff at Sarasota Complete Dental is top notch. I had the opportunity to meet the new dentist, Dr. Bernitt. He made an adjustment on a crown I recently received at SCD. He took his time and was gentle as he smoothed out the rough edges for me. I appreciate how quickly the staff was able to schedule me for this adjustment.

I Was so grateful walking in the office with a painful tooth , I was told I was able to come in later for an exam followed by having an appointment the next day if needed . I was so impressed having an early appointment the next day needing an extraction . Dr. Gutierrez is very kind , caring and does not rush your appointment. He is very thorough, made me feel comfortable and enjoyed his great sense of humor! The whole dental team and office staff are very friendly and caring ! I highly recommend Sarasota Complete Dental !
