This is a lovely office and practice. The reception staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. Dr. Dorociak was personable, professional, and inspired confidence; the quality of the dental work was excellent. However, I was surprised that neither Dr. Dorociak nor the dental PA informed me that she would be performing a significant portion of those work on my teeth. She didn’t introduce herself or explain her role before beginning treatment. I only learned that she was a dental PA when I asked her after the procedure was completed. As a healthcare provider for many years, I know the importance of letting a patient know who I am, and my role.These simple courtesies are not only professional, but they go a long way toward alleviating anxiety and building trust. When I mentioned this to the PA (for the future), my comments were treated somewhat dismissively, which was disappointing. I also noticed that , at only 11AM, the restroom was nearly out of toilet paper and hand soap, and the trash can was overflowing. While these are relatively minor issues, they do affect the overall impression of a practice. This practice came very highly recommended and I can understand why, based on the quality of the dental care. I do plan to return because I believe the clinical care is excellent. My hope is that the practice will address my concerns, as they would make an already excellent dental office even better

Becky was amazing with me and my son today. She did such a wonderful job. My son is five years old and this was his first time being at the dentist since he was about a year old. She made him feel so comfortable. He was very nervous before this visit and Becky made it such a wonderful experience for him. She explained everything so thoroughly and made him feel so at ease. I am so grateful for her! She also did an amazing job on my well overdue cleaning !

The office staff is friendly, welcoming. I just had one of the best cleaning appointments in my life. They use current techniques and it is impressive. Summer was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions about the equipment used and sent me off with great follow up information. So kind and helpful. Dr.Shane Eckles also put a crown on for me in a previous visit that has fit perfectly on the first visit and I highly recommend him. I have been to numerous dentists and he is top notch.

This is the place to go. Been going to Dr. Dorociak for five years now. As someone that has had a lot of dental work done and wanting to prevent more, he’s the best dentist I’ve ever gone too, and he educates me every single time. He’s easy to talk to, and very caring. Caryn is also the best hygienist I’ve ever gone to; she’s very gentle with my sensitive teeth, and is great at educating. She’s professional, inquisitive, and incredibly kind, and I can tell she prioritizes patient comfort. The front office staff are attentive as well, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns I’ve ever had. I trust them wholeheartedly. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and have always received excellent care. Three weeks ago, I had a cleaning with Kori Fischer. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and technically outstanding—I immediately knew I was in good hands. During the exam, Kori noticed that one of my implants was slightly loose. Dr. Shane Eckels reviewed the X-ray and advised me to check my records to see who originally placed it. Unfortunately, over the next three weeks, I couldn't find the original provider, and the implant grew increasingly loose. With a trip coming up and only one day left before leaving town, the practice managed to squeeze me in. Despite not having the original manufacturer specs, Dr. Eckels had the confidence and expertise to attempt a fix. It was touch-and-go for a bit, but he successfully tightened the post and restored the implant perfectly. I am incredibly grateful for Kori’s sharp eye in detecting the issue early, and deeply thankful to Dr. Eckels for his skill and willingness to step in and save the day.
