Comfortable Care Dental

After scheduling a new patient exam I reached out a few weeks prior to my appointment via email. I sent them a form which was already filled out except for one line. This form was a preauthoriztion of services so I would know in advance if anything would NOT be covered by insurance. I do not like surprises and had read some negative reviews in regards to them not being upfront about possible charges. So they replied and said they do not do preauthorizations for new patients. They also said it was 90 min appointment for exam and xrays and they do even do cleanings on first visit. When I scheduled the appointment it was with an AI robot. The robot told me they would be doing a cleaning so it was wrong. I work full time and do not have additional time off to come back. I have never needed dental work beyond a cleaning so whatever takes that long is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to warn people like me that do not have endless amounts of free time in search of a new dentist and save them the trouble. So this place could not bother emailing a form for a new patient.'s piece of mind. To me these are huge red flags they are money first, patients last and overall have horrible customer service policies. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment! Mind you this appointment was scheduled months ago so back at square one. I gave them 1 star for replying to my email in a timely manner.

I had an amazing experience at Comfort Care Dental of Clark today! They worked seamlessly with my insurance to get me the best deal possible. Huge thanks to Nakesha, the dental assistant, who made the whole process incredibly positive and enjoyable. I’ve been coming here for years, and the dentist always creates a personalized long-term treatment plan that fits my needs and budget perfectly. The facility is spotless, and the staff are truly professional and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends and family!

Dr. LoSecco is one of a kind. She’s a beautiful person inside and out.I’ve been a patient since 2009. I’ve maintained good oral health with her care and experience. She’s very detailed oriented. She remembers all the small details of her patients. The quality of care is truly unmatched. I don’t know what I’m going to do whenever she calls it quit. House calls doc?? lol

I had the best experience ever with Dr. Losecco. Had a crown procedure and I never felt the novocaine needle and had no discomfort at all. Her assistant, Alana, was wonderful as well. She was very comforting.

Will not be coming back, I've been with comfortable care for over 10 years now and my last visit was the worst I have ever experienced. They did not help me fix my permanent retainer which is the main reason why I came in. They broke more of my retainer off during my cleaning. They did not want to fix my retainer only tried to pushing to spend money on invisaligns which I already had. They would not try to schedule me again to fix it, They did not ask me for my insurance they charged me full price. When we called back to figure something out for my retainer and for my insurance The receptionist hung up on us on purpose out of frustration. Comfortable care has definitely changed throughout the years. This used to be my favorite dentist office to go to but they are no longer looking out for what's best for the customers only to get more money. I Would not advise going
