I love this orthodontist office! They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. The doctors are always supervising and making sure their patients get the best treatments to ensure great results. When I bring my children they allow me to be present and that gives me peace of mind knowing that I can see what the doctor is doing and also during the time he is with my kids he shows me and explain things to me so I can help my kids at home with the maintenance of their braces. When I moved to NC, a lot of people asked me why I kept going to see Dr Caponera. While it would have been easier for me to transfer to a closer practice, the treatment from both Dr Caponera and his entire staff was enough for me to keep going to them. They were very flexible and supportive throughout my entire process. I recommend them 100% I’m extremely happy after my Invisalign treatment and all the adjustments they made during my traumatic process and experience !
