Great location. Clean office. Stylish boutique. Knowledgeable staff. Convenient to bus. Ample parking. Transferred this week to UltraSmile from Bayfront Dental for molar 31 extraction. Closer walk to my studio next to the Centro. Dr. Arlene Genao was easily able to perform the simple extraction. Great energy. Positive vibe, and even moved her Midtown schedule to facilitate the extraction. Awesome dentist. True team player! I was so moved by the team care that I treated the dentist to a salmon poke bowl from Poke OG. Best DDS in Miami! Maybe next is treat the team to a Marcos (chicken/mushroom) pizza party lunch. Five stars!

I had a great experience at Ultra Smile in Downtown Miami. The office felt organized and professional. Dr. Arlene Genao truly stands out. Her bedside manner is exceptional — calm, thorough, and patient. She walked me through everything step by step, explaining my situation clearly and proposing a treatment plan that felt just right for me. What I appreciated most was that she reviewed it with me more than once, making sure I fully understood my options. There was absolutely no pressure — just thoughtful guidance and space to make the right decision. Her team reflects her leadership beautifully. Everyone was attentive, respectful, and professional, and you can tell they operate with a high level of care and coordination.

Ultra Smile has been my go to dental office for over 12 years in Downtown Miami, and I couldn’t recommend them more. The practice is consistently professional, well organized, and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work. My favorite hygienist is Fabiola, who does an amazing job every time. She’s thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and makes the entire visit comfortable and stress free. You leave knowing your teeth were cared for properly. Dr Neda is also outstanding. She’s professional, honest, and takes the time to explain treatment options clearly, without pressure. It’s rare to find a dentist you trust for over a decade, and she’s exactly that. If you’re looking for a dental office you can trust long term, Ultra Smile in Downtown Miami is an excellent choice. I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional. I would especially like to recognize the dental hygienist Diana, who was incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain each step and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Her care truly made a difference. I highly recommend this clinic and would definitely return.

I’ve been coming to Ultra Smile for about 8 years from Los Angeles. Finding a good dentist is difficult. I’ve had a great experience with this office and have not changed. I appreciate the woman dentist she’s thorough and straight to the point. I’ve never felt taken advantage of for any extra procedures. My hygienist is also extremely professional and does an incredible job with my cleanings, her name is Fabiola. I had any recommend this location and staff.
