I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The dentist was very dedicated, efficient, and extremely gentle, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The cleaning was amazing, especially thanks to the hygienist, who was very careful and professional. I tend to have a strong gag reflex, and the whole team was incredibly understanding and patient with me, which I truly appreciated. The assistant was also wonderful—very attentive and kind at all times. Overall, the atmosphere is great, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this office.

My first visit to Ultra Smile Downtown was amazing. Dr. Saola Lara was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. A huge thank you to Sammy, Fabi, Katty, and the whole team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and truly cared about providing great service. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I was able to complete all of my treatments and services the same day. What stood out the most was how they made me feel like part of the family while still delivering top-notch dental care. I had a great experience with Diana, the hygienist. She was extremely professional, but also very kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and politely, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire visit. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor and made the appointment actually enjoyable. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend her to anyone!

I went tnere as a new patient for cleaning. All people were welcoming. Fabiola was meticulous and helpful during the process. Also the dentist gave clear advice for a routine checkup. Overall i would recommend it.
