I love the Kendall staff! They are so attentive and make me feel so welcome. They actually make me feel like they care! Absolutely no complaints with the team and Dr. Gallo. My appointments always run smoothly and I am in and out which I love since I work and have to run back home to keep on working. (WFH). Exceeds my expectations of any clinic in Miami - runs perfectly, don’t ever change the team behind Dr. Gallo

This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I have ever had. After my braces were removed, I was given retainers that were incorrectly made and did not fit from the beginning. I was told clearly that if there were any issues, they would fix them. That did not happen. I returned once to have them corrected, and they were still wrong. At my next visit, I explained the issue again. Instead of taking responsibility, the doctor told me I would have to pay for new retainers even though the originals were defective due to their own error. When I pushed back, I was told to get my retainers and leave because they were not going to do anything for me. That was the doctor speaking. The front desk staff made the situation even worse. They were laughing, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. No professionalism, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve a problem they caused. Let that sink in: a medical provider gave a patient a faulty appliance, refused to correct it, tried to charge again, and then dismissed the patient when asked to fix it. This is not a misunderstanding. This is how they handle problems. If something goes wrong with your treatment here, do not expect it to be fixed.

Fantastic experience with the doctor and staff over the last year and a half. Quick, efficient and punctual at EVERY appointment. All questions and concerns were always tended to quickly and on the spot. AMAZING customer service from the girls at the front desk. I HIGHLY recommend Miami Center for Orthodontics if you’re in the Tamiami / West Kendall area. THANK YOU.

This is such an amazing place if you REALLY want change. Before I started coming here, my teeth were all over the place. I just got my braces off today and they are PERFECT. The staff is so nice and understanding all the time. If you ever have an emergency where a bracket is loose or there’s a problem with your wire, they don’t hesitate to help. I recommend this place 100%!!
