I had a great experience at this dental office! Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. One thing I really appreciate is that they don’t drag out treatment unnecessarily. At other dental offices, I’ve had to come in for X-rays, then schedule another appointment for fillings or other work. Here, if they can take care of something the same day like filling a cavity they do their best to get it done right away. It saves so much time and shows they truly care about their patients’ convenience. The entire staff made me feel comfortable, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for efficient, compassionate dental care.

As a mother of three daughters, I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received at Cool Smilez Family Dentistry & Orthodontics of Hialeah. Two of my daughters are currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with braces, and their progress has been excellent so far. The team has made the entire process smooth and reassuring for both me and my girls. My youngest daughter visits every six months for her routine cleanings alongside my two eldest, and those appointments are always just as positive. Excellent staff and excellent Doctors! Dr. Demos is an awesome Orthodontist, we followed him from his other office so that our son could continue with his dental plan/braces. He took his braces off this past Saturday anr his teeth look absolutely beautiful! We are in the process of obtaining his retainer and will be coming for check ups in between. My husband also had to come to the office on an emergency , he broke a crown from an old root canal. They fit him in immediately and the cost was affordable compared to other dentists! They have a regular dentist and an orthodontist, it is a one stop shop! The staff in the front, the hygienist, the doctors, and all other staff members are very knowledgeable and very accommodating! We highly recommend Cool Smilez!
