Miriam is the best! I highly recommend this place for braces treatments. I'm a mom who did some research all over South Florida and chose this place! I Wait about 10 months to analyze not only the initial process but also the monthly appointments. 😎

they are incredibly slow you will be waiting 2 hours after your appointment time did your visit. they also charge you random fees every visit i cannot wait to be done with this place!!!! go anywhere else you will regret it don’t fall for the fake reviews

Would not recommend. They tried charging a full exam and cleaning fee of $175 for a 100% covered prophylaxis cleaning. After mentioning insurance coverage they charged a $50 deductible….on a 100% covered cleaning which is not right. Impossible to reach someone on the phone here. Also the dental hygienist did not perform a full cleaning, maybe cleans 2-3 teeth, runs the brush over the rest of your teeth in 30 seconds and sends you on your way. Our appointment was at 8am and for X-rays, exam, and cleaning we spent 2.5 hours at the office and went in and out of the exam areas 4-6 times. I spent more time in the waiting room than I did getting my teeth actually cleaned.

Miami Bay Oral Health is an amazing dental office! The staff is very welcoming, professional, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentists take their time to explain everything clearly and really care about your oral health, not just rushing through appointments. The office is clean, modern, and the atmosphere helps ease any nerves. I left feeling confident about my smile and well taken care of.

I cannot wait to remove my braces! They're do unprofessional! Never can answer Messenger, Whatsapp or even their phone line that they change the number to every other week! I called SIXTEEN times just for the "Manager" to tell me they were on break @1:00pm when i've bene calling since 12:06pm and break begins @1:00pm & ends @2:00pm! The manager was very disrespectful and did not care to even acknowledge the fact that they're disrespectful for not answering when their patients are calling.
