Our experience at Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics was an amazing one. They have a great team and it feels like family. We always felt welcomed and my daughter always had a good experience at every visit. My daughter started this journey at a young age and I was worried about the whole process but McNeight and her amazing team took care of my daughter through this long journey and at the end she ended up with a beautiful smile. I'm thankful that they made it easy to afford the beautiful smile with a payment plan. No surprised charges or unsure of the cost at every visit. Thank you so much!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. McNeight is incredible! She takes the time to explain everything about the Invisalign process in a way that is easy to understand and never makes you feel rushed when asking questions. I had my first appointment today, and Rose was amazing. She walked me through each step as she was doing it, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Afterward, she gave me clear instructions on how to care for my trays and set myself up for success with Invisalign. Before I left, Dr. McNeight made a few final adjustments and made sure everything felt comfortable with the new buttons. From start to finish, the appointment was easy, smooth, and actually much better than I expected. I’m excited to start my Invisalign journey and would absolutely recommend Dr. McNeight and her team. They are knowledgeable, caring, and make you feel like you’re in great hands.

Caudill and McNeight were unbelievable! We were visiting from out of town when my daughter had an issue with her expander. They communicated by text with me in the evening with detailed advise and offered me an immediate appointment the next morning. They were prompt very kind. They fixed the issue with the expander straight away. We are incredibly grateful for their help! I highly recommend Caudill & McNeight

Lily was initially scared but you guys reassured her throughout the entire process and put her mind at ease. We especially loved that your team take the time to explain how to take care of the braces and hygiene upkeep while in braces it was very thorough and informative.
