As a rule, like most people, I don't like going to the dentist but this visit was different. Dr. Portalatin was friendly and explained exactly what was going to be done. His assistant, Jasmine put me at ease and helped me get through the procedure. I am glad that I chose downtown dental for my care.

EVEN THOUGH THIS PLACE COULDN'T TAKE CARE OF ALLL MY DENTAL NEEDS, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & THE YOUNGLADY WHO DID MY CLEANING WAS VERY GENTLE & UNDERSTANDING... . NOW THE DOWNSIDE OF THIS PLACE, ITS ON A VERY BUSY STREET & PEOPLE IN JACKSONVILLE ARE VERY IGNORANT WHEN IT COMES TO PEOPLE BEING DROPPED OFF AT THIS PLACE, AND THEIR IS NO GOOD PARKING UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE TO PARK UP THE STREET IN THE PARKING GARAGE & PLAY FROGGER TO GET TO THIS PLACE. . ALSO WHEN GOING INTO THE BUILDING WATCH YOUR STEP YOU WILL TRIP, TJERE IS A LOW BEARING STEP TO THE DOOR, I HAD TO LEARN THE HARD WAY.. . OTHER THEN THAT, THE TV PLAYS THE NEWS & OTHER THINGS MOST ARENT INTERESTED IN WATCHING, ITS A SMALL WAITING ROOM, CLEAN THOUGH.. . AMAZING PEOPLE WORKING HERE...
