Everything has been great so far. Dr Portalatin and Jasmine put you at ease. Still have one more phase to get through and have all the confidence in the world it will be just as good as the other two. Thanks again for such a good experience. Would HIGHLY recommend Dr Portalatin and Jasmine for your Dental needs.

This office staff is as professional as they come. They always get you in if an issue needs immediate attention. Lots of hygienics available. Dr. Eric and Dr. Witten are some of the best doctors and people I have ever met. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Downtown Dental Jax for over 20 years. I love the professionalism of the staff, the state of the art facilities and the hard work and dedication of all the employees. Everyone makes the visit a true pleasure. From checking in to billing and validating the parking ticket, it’s all seemless and efficient. Star is the best! She is very personable, professional, pleasant and positive. I always look forward to my visits, my teeth always look and feel great afterwards! Thank you, I love Downtown Dental.

I'm a new patient here. Everyone i worked with has been great. I allotted an hour for my initial appointment to get xrays, an exam, and a cleaning done in my very healthy and unremarkable mouth. It took a full hour to get just the xrays and exam. At the 60 minute mark the hygenist came in to discuss the cleaning and let me know it would take another hour. I've never had to allow more than an hour for a dentist appointment and I was really frustrated that it wasn't communicated that it would take 2 hours for xrays, exam, and cleaning of a healthy mouth. Tldr: they're nice but very slow. Set aside twice as much time as you expect to need.

I really enjoyed my visit. Staff and Doctors answered all my questions with patiences. I’m very nervous and anxious when going to Dentist. But they calm my anxiety and gave me time to relax. There is no long wait, it takes about 10 minutes to go to back. My dentist Dr. Portalatin and team was amazing. Very upfront about treatment plan and cost. I’ve found my forever Dentist office for now. Thank you Downtown Dental Jax
