We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Torres and his entire team! From the moment we walked in, everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. The office is absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a calming, positive vibe. Dr. Torres was fantastic with my son. He was friendly, respectful, and took the time to make him feel comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and even complimented my son in a way that really boosted his confidence. We never felt rushed and left feeling completely informed about the treatment plan. It’s not often you find a practice where the doctor is exceptional and the entire staff makes you feel so welcomed. We are genuinely excited to continue treatment here and would highly recommend Dr. Torres to anyone looking for an orthodontist. I spent more than three years in treatment with this orthodontic office, expecting my smile to improve. Unfortunately, after all that time, the gap between my teeth was still not closed. I invested a significant amount of time, money, and trust in the process, so the outcome was extremely disappointing. During my treatment, I was told that extractions were optional. After seeking a second opinion from another orthodontist, I learned that extractions may have been the best option to achieve the result I wanted. I wish I had been given clearer guidance about the pros and cons of each option from the beginning so I could have made a fully informed decision. I was also disappointed by how I was treated by the front office. The secretary spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I was receiving free treatment, even though I paid thousands of dollars for my orthodontic care. Another issue was that I felt I was unfairly blamed for the outcome. The office accused me of not wearing my elastics, which I disagree with. It was frustrating to feel that responsibility for the results was placed on me rather than having an open discussion about my treatment options. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with both the outcome of my treatment and the way I was treated. As a Black patient, I left feeling that I was not treated with the respect and fairness I expected. That was my personal experience, and I hope future patients receive respectful communication, clear explanations of their treatment options, and compassionate care throughout their treatment.
