Edit: to reply to the business’ comment. I came there for specific teeth grinding. Many dentists and doctors have said the “sleep apnea” concern is false. Additionally based on other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring theme just to gain profit. This business said they sent in the claim to the insurance since August and a few times when asked thereafter. But when I called insurance multiple times, no claim for the guard was filed or pending. Lastly, if you actually cared about patients you would provide multiple treatment solutions rather than only out of pocket costs. I sent you an email listing my concerns and requests which have been ignored. If you reply to a review at least be forthcoming in providing a solution. The amount of upselling from this practice is insane! One of the reasons I went here was because my insurance had this dentist categorized for lower costs. This dentist will try everything to bill you “holistic” treatment that insurance does not and would not cover. This is not true holistic dentistry. I got charged $1650 for a “night guard”. I have good dental insurance that covers night guards but this dentist pushed this guard saying like others have mentioned “sleep apnea” which I do not and may other dentists afterward confirmed I don’t. At the time, I thought when I’ll pay for it and my insurance will reimburse. 7 months later and there is still no pending claim that I’ve asked the office to resubmit multiple times. They also code it under ortho (when I asked for the invoice to submit the claim myself) - why make a night guard under ortho??!? When the purpose is for grinding teeth ONLY. Additionally at the cleaning I had they pushed a special $200 saliva test (insurance also supposedly doesn’t cover). After getting the results the doctor told me I have bacteria in my mouth and need to pay out of pocket $1,200 for a special guard with solution. What a joke. He didn’t even offer any other solutions that could be covered under insurance. Upon going to another dentist I was able to get everything handled ETHICALLY. I’m a Russian speaking person and this is just a disgrace. This practice is just money hungry and doesn’t care about the patients at all. Run away and avoid at all costs.

This holistic dental practice is a rare gem—very hard to find holistic dental practices in network with insurance. The Dr, hygienist and assistant are all very knowledgeable, offer great suggestions and educate patients on ways to improve health. Ozone water is used during cleanings, and all natural products are used. My dental cleaning with Yan was so general I felt like I was at a dental spa getting a facial for my teeth!

Worst dental visit I’ve ever had. Within about 10 seconds of looking in my mouth, Dr. Lipovetskiy told me I needed $6,000 in orthodontic treatment for bruxism and possibly sleep apnea despite already having braces 10 years ago and wearing retainers consistently. I’ve seen three dentists since and not one has ever suggested anything like this. No testing, no sleep study, no understanding of my medical history. When I tried to explain my history I was cut off by him. He kept telling me to look at him while he was talking like I was a child. Only after recommending the $6k treatment did he ask about symptoms related to sleep apnea (which I don’t have), then walked it back with, “I’m not saying you have it.” The hygienist spent a chunk of the appointment giving me a lecture about stress and life, which felt preachy and wasted my time. Another staff member didn’t speak English clearly, and it caused communication issues during the visit. Two days later I went to Sunrise Smiles Dentistry down the road and had a normal experience, a completely different answer, and a dentist who actually listened. Funny enough, we attended the same university around the same time. This office called me the following week trying to pitch the $6,000 orthodontics again. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything expensive here.

Dentist is knowledgeable and extremely professional. Dr. B and his staff educate you about what's going on with your teeth. Igor was amazing and keep you inform on all the procedures being doing. Dr. Lipovetskiy is amazing! I completed invisalign and was still not happy with my smile. Dr. Lipoveskiy advised me to get one lumineer to fix the one tooth that was the real problem. I was skeptical that just one tooth could help, but at $1,200 it was worth it to try. I am thrilled with the result! He created the perfect shape and shade and it looks completely natural, but better! It was a very quick and painless process as well. Egor and Baer are great!
