I had to have a deep cleaning done. The hygienist Bonnie was really great. It didn’t hurt but I could feel her digging deep to get tarter off my teeth. Bonnie was very experienced and I will try to book her for future cleanings. Seriously one of the best cleanings I have ever had.

Had a very bad experience of Bright smile dental office. One in they x-rayed my mouth. They examined me and I knew that I was going to have to have some work done. Now the work that they performed was satisfactory but here comes the kicker. I have a cap on a back mower and I'd spent on there for years and they told me that there was damage and that it was decaying underneath the cap which I did not believe and they told me that if they take the cap off and if it can't be fixed then I would have to have oral surgery to have it removed. Totally that scared me. So I got all my x-rays from Bright smile dental centers. I went to Florida dental centers and played dumb and went in there and told them that I hadn't had an x-ray and in my mouth or an examination and in a years and I would like for that to happen and after after I got examined and I found out that there was nothing wrong with any of my teeth. I showed them the x-rays and told them this is what I was told by another dental center about that cap and this is what they told me that you never remove a cap that's on a tooth. If you do, you're opening up a can of worms and I think that they was just trying to scam me and the insurance company out of money. I called my insurance company and showed my concern and gave a statement to them and they said that they would investigate. They said they might even stop doing business with Bright smile dental centers cuz I was also told by Florida dental centers that you never take a cab off the tooth unless you plan on getting rid of it and that's what would have happened. They said you would have been sorry and to me that's opening up a can of worms so I am giving this place a one-star I will never go back and I would advise anybody that goes in there and they tell you that you that you need thousands of dollars worth of dental work to your mouth. Be cautious. Get a second opinion. Don't believe them. I wouldn't just a word of advice need thousands of dollars worth of work to your mouth. Take it with a grain of salt and if you have to listen to yourself and listen to your stomach and go to another dental center or another place like Florida dental centers and do what I did. Have yourself examined again and then take the x-rays with you and let them show them that this is what they told you that you needed and you just wanted to confirm that before you go ahead and do it because you're talking about a lot of money cuz they had examined me and told me that I was going to need about $800 or $9,000 worth of work. The inside of my mouth I didn't buy it. I didn't believe it. That's why I did what I did so be cautious
I recommended BrightNow to my daughter because I had a great experience at the Gulf to Bay location. I went with her to her appointment at Countryside location and the experience was TOTALLY different. When we walked in, the receptionist said absolutely nothing, she had a stone face and it was awkward. My daughter said "I am here for an appointment" and gave her name. She started looking in the system and was mumbling to herself. She eventually figured out whatever confusion she had. They called my daughter immediately after she filled out paperwork, which was great. However, a general checkup with xrays took over 2.5 hours. Her appointment started at 2 and she didn't leave until 4:30. At one point, they laid her down on the table staring up at the light for 40 minutes while they fumbled around in the system they couldn't figure out and argued with eachother on what the solution was for whatever issue they were having. No one in this ENTIRE office smiles - which you would think was part of the training at a DENTIST office. My daughter told them multiple times that she was there to discuss getting braces. After all that time, they still didn't address that and the treatment plan didn't include anything about it. When I called the office to move the appointment over to the other location, the lady very rudely said "youre gonna have to call them and make an appointment to do a complete checkup all over", she could not clarify whether the office would be able to refer to medical records from there, whether xrays would be necessary, etc. She just kept repeating "a doctor is not gonna use another doctors treatment plan". I know damn well they have a policy on how to transfer a patient from office to the next, but she acted like she never even heard of the concept. HORRIBLE experience from a bunch of people who act like they hate their jobs.
Poor customer service. Michelle S at the front desk is very rude, she brushed me off with her hands…. I left several voice messages and no one ever called me back. There is no way to get hold of the clinic. The online appt has wrong phone number and wrong forms in the online booking portal … they invest in better and kinder front desk personnel, online and phone infrastructures so that the doctors can proudly offer 10k plus dental plans… how can I be a client and pay that much money and not be able to book appointments or be treated as a human…i driven to the clinic twice for 30minutes one way to talk to someone and book the appointment. In addition helped by extremely and aggressive front desk lady Michelle S. Never again. Please don’t go to the clinic… they want money without having any respect for their clients
