Bivens Orthodontics

I am so happy that we chose Dr. Bivens as my son’s orthodontist. Everyone that works there is very kind and professional. Dr. Bivens is very thorough. He has done such a great job getting my son’s teeth corrected. My son has had a very positive experience with them. All of the assistants are so amazing but our favorite is Kandice. She is so nice and gentle with the patients. We love her!

Dr Bivens and the whole team at Bivens Orthodontics are the best!! Everyone has been so friendly and patient with my son. He started out with Invisalign and we realized that they were just not working out for him. (They only work if you actually keep them in your mouth!) Everyone was so kind and understanding when we asked them if we could switch to braces. The whole process has been wonderful! I highly recommend!!!

An ad popped up, I checked out the reviews, and decided to schedule an appointment. Within minutes I received a message and then a phone call to confirm, which honestly impressed me. Unfortunately, that experience quickly went downhill. I arrived at the confirmed appointment time and location only to find the office closed. When I called their other office, I was told, “We tried to reach you” and that they are not in that office on Wednesdays. I rearranged my entire day and wasted over an hour traveling for an appointment that never should have been scheduled in the first place. Poor communication and a complete disregard for the client’s time.

We couldn’t be happier with the results of our son’s orthodontic treatment! After years of care in two phases, his smile looks absolutely amazing. The entire process was very professional, and the results exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for your excellent work and dedication throughout these years!

My son has his braces done this morning. Thank you so much Miss Kandice for being so gentle, patient, and friendly with my son! He was able to go back to school right after he has his braces on.
