Sage Dental of Cape Coral North

Took my kiddos today and was impressed by every person we interacted with. The front desk gals were pleasant and kind when checking my kids in, both dental assistants were friendly and informative - interacting with my children just as much as they did with me. Dr. Berrios was fantastic and explained things in age appropriate ways to my kids. Felix, the hygienist, wss also wonderful and explained thoroughly what he was doing while my kids were in the chair and called me over to show me a few areas of concern. It was refreshing to be in a business where everyone seemed to enjoy their job and was happy to serve their patients. My kiddos are excited to return, as am I!

Dr berrios and Dr Felix are both phenomenal. I usually hate the dentist and getting work done. However, Dr, Felix is so down to earth, realistic and friendly! I brought my 4 year old today for his 1st dentist appointment and it was fantastic. Everybody was great with him. Overall a spectacular experience which is very hard to find in dentistry.

Great offices, modern technology, and overall very good service. But without a doubt, the best part of Sage Dental is their dental hygienist, Felix. He is incredibly kind, highly professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to him, our whole family — even my mother‑in‑law — is now a loyal patient of Sage Dental. We all agree that Felix is simply the best.

I had a dental issue unexpectedly and they squeezed me in and were very efficient. Pain free, everything was quick and easy and I felt confident in their expertise. It was a good visit.

After reading the reviews of the dentist I felt confident that I chose the right place. I chatted yesterday with Rebeca who told me that she didn't have any available appointments until the end of the month. Today she followed up with me and her story changed. Suddenly they had a 2:30 pm appt today and next Tuesday as well. I was happy l that they offered a chat communication as I work everyday. And I was elated that they suddenly had 2 available appointments. However, after getting about 5 or 6 consecutive text messages from them I couldn't believe my eyes. Rebeca somehow got very confused and set me up for an appointment today when I clearly toexted that next Tuesday was good for me! I was at my Dr appt and had to call the office to tell them about their screw up. I was rudely apologized to and told that the appt that I clearly set up for 2/10 was taken. I told this person (didn't catch her name) how annoyed I was by their lack of clarity!! What has happened to people?! Back to square one again!! I am ashamed of society and how people have truly lost their freaking minds!! 0 accountability!!!
