My Dentist of Cape Coral

I always got nervous going to a dentist. But My Dentist of Cape Coral, was absolutely amazing. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, and gave me such a great vibe. I felt like family there, like I've known them for years. First time I wasn't nervous in my life. Thank you everyone at My Dental. Absolutely amazing experience. If there was a 6th star, I'd click it.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental office. It was recommended by my daughter that I go here, she’s a patient and loved the dentist and the staff. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. I had two crowns and cavities done, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I struggle with dental anxiety and I’m definitely not the easiest patient, but they treated me with such patience, kindness, and understanding. They truly made me feel cared for and at ease. The hygienist was absolutely amazingSky assisted during my first visit and was so gentle and reassuring, and Angie assisted during my second procedure and was just as amazing. Both of them made a huge difference in my experience. Dr. Yunier Cardero is absolutely incredible caring, compassionate, and highly skilled. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure everything is done perfectly and comfortably. The front desk staff also deserves recognition they are warm, welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. I’m so grateful I found this office. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly prioritizes patient comfort and quality care, I highly recommend them!

Awful experience from the second walking in. The front desk is not communicative whatsoever just had me standing there not have a seat not any words were spoken just “insurance/ID”, lied to get me to book an appointment, no correspondence or anything from them leading up to the appointment. Also, they told me on the phone when booking that I could get a basic cleaning and establish care that was covered by insurance and not have a whole “work up” done and that was also a lie that they tell me 26 minutes after my appointment time. The freakin NEWS is turned up full volume in the waiting area which is just not professional whatsoever. 0 star rating and 0 star customer service.

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor was kind, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions. The office was clean and organized, and I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to returning for future dental care! Thank you to the very professional office manager, Hector and of course the Dentist. I had an Excellent experience.

Got my Root Canal done easy as pie! Gotta hand it down to wenifer, Dr.coraero, Sky, Angie, lisbem they been extremely helpful! Very knowledgeable! These are people I trust with my teeth. No problems at all! I would definitely be coming back when I need help! Thank you My Dentist of Cape Coral
