I was recently on vacation in the Cape Coral area visiting family when I had an issue with my braces. I called Dr. Richards' office and explained my issue and they saw me at their office within 2 hours. Julie welcomed me into the office and took amazing care of me. She helped solve the sharp edge of my bracket and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. This is the type of wonderful customer service that makes a practice successful. Thank you so much for all your care!!! I would recommend Dr. Richards and his staff to anyone looking to get orthodonture care.

We were vacationing in Cape Coral and my daughter’s closed-coil spring screw broke. We called several local offices to ask if they could see us. Richard’s was the only office that took us is. Not only they fixed it but they were super polite, nice and they did not charge us. Amazing office. If we lived here they would be our preferred orthodontic office. Thanks and Happy New Year.

Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of my procedure. Their gentle approach and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free. I felt at home. The office has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff treats you like family. They have photos of all their clients printed and hung of their final results. I’ve never seen that!

The most important thing I want you to know about Richard and Associates is Even after paying for my braces upfront and in full, I am still met with Extreme consideration, Kindness and care Each and every interaction that I have with them. A lot of times once somebody has your business, they tend to not treat you the best afterwards. Every time I need an appointment I’m seen almost right away. Marnie at the front desk has always been so sweet and pleasant to speak with and I always request my favorite orthodontic assistant Julie S. Who is extremely Accommodating in regards to my vertigo. She’s always ensuring that I’m comfortable during my visit. You can really tell that everyone at Richard and associates loves their jobs and is happy to be there.
