Filthy exam room, zero follow up and held medically hostage for 8 months. Do not use this office under any circumstance! I was forced into this office by One Call for a workplace accident and failed implant. I was brought back to an exam room that was in disgusting condition. The equipment stand was rusty as well as the dented trash can (with the open sharps container on top). The exam chair itself was equally rusty, marked by unknown substances and had corrosion around the armature for the tray. I was told that this office and Dr. Shah were my only option for care, after complaining and sending the attached photos to One Call and to the practice I was ghosted by Dr. Shah, rather than apologize and take care of the problems! I had to file a petition through the court to be re-assigned. 8 months of pain and repeated infections while this office did not return a single call or e-mail. They also billed for the initial visit with imaging that was never done. Unacceptable. Do not risk your health in this office.

Dr Beach was fabulous. He ia very kind, friendly, knowledgeable. Him & his assistant were very in tune with each other. The staff were friendly. The only complaint I had was that the staff didn't know how to send my prescription to Amazon. I tried to send it but Amazon needs it sent from the office or Doctor. Dr Beach gave his personal cell # so I texted him and he immediately sent my prescription to Amazon. Not all doctors would do that they would expect the staff to do it. So I feel he went above and beyond. Thank you Dr Beach! Note to the staff. You really need to learn how to forward prescriptions to Amazon!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Shah and her incredible assistant, Jenn. From the very first consultation to the completion of my dental implants, I felt genuinely cared for and completely at ease. Dr. Shah is truly exceptional—her expertise, precision, and calm, reassuring approach made what I thought would be a stressful procedure feel smooth and manageable. She took the time to explain every step in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The results are amazing—my implants look natural, feel great, and have completely restored my confidence. Jenn was equally wonderful and deserves so much credit. She is kind, attentive, and always made me feel supported. Whether it was helping calm my nerves before the procedure or checking in on me afterward, she consistently went above and beyond. Her positive energy and professionalism made such a difference. Dr. Shah and Jenn make an outstanding team. If you’re considering dental implants or any oral surgery, I highly recommend them—you’ll be in the best hands possible.

I've been going here for about 17 years and i love this place and the people who work there. I'm always treated with kindness and respect and family. The admin Cynthia Hills is one of the best. She's always in a good mood, always available to help out and goes the extra mile. She is someone who sees you and hears you. The whole team from the hygienest to the dental assistants and even yes, the Drs. I have always said i go to the dentist to relax!! I feel so comfortable there, it's like I'm family. That is because ms Cynthia sets the tone and makes it so.

Had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and it was great. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and supportive. No pain felt. The only bit of constructive feedback I would have is after the procedure, the nurse giving me the post op instructions said so many words extremely fast, like they were rushing me out a bit. Other than that, excellent experience.
