I have been a patient of greenburg dental since college in 2014. I absolutely love there are many locations. Very reasonable prices if you do or do not have insurance. Dr. Hassani is amazing and always makes my experience great. The DA, Protensky is sweet, amazing customer service and very welcoming. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone as they specialize in many things. I also bring my 3 year old daughter here. Front staff are amazing and welcoming as well, everyone is always smiling Thank you greenburg dental , Brandon for helping me with my smile

Terrible service. I have been here before around 6 months ago with my daughter and had no issues, nice receptionist and all. I called today and asked to get an appointment for my daughter. The receptionist who goes by the name “Sierra” answered my call , i asked to get an appointment and stated my name. She hung up in my face. I won’t be coming back here. Yall hired the wrong people😂.

Had an amazing experience at the Brandon location. Dr. Hassan and DA Protensky are top tier. Every procedure I needed was explained in detail and every question I had were answered. I promise you will not be disappointed if you go to this office. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience here! I was kind of skeptical with all of the bad reviews but I decided to try this place out. They accommodated my son in a reasonable time period and did a great job! The staff were helpful and kind, the dentist was sweet and friendly with my son, and the doctor was very thorough in her assessment. Thank you so much! I will definitely be bringing him and my other son here.

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I have been going here for periodontal care for almost a year and a half after moving to Florida from another state. At my previous dental office, my periodontal cleanings were done in quadrants. When I came here, they started doing everything all at once and charging me over $70 out of pocket after insurance. I assumed this was normal pricing in Florida because I wasn’t familiar with how things worked here. Recently, I began experiencing severe pain in my lower teeth and called the office asking if my appointment could be moved sooner. I was told they could not accommodate me. Then, three hours before my scheduled appointment yesterday, they called and canceled on me because the doctor had a family emergency. While I understand emergencies happen, they pushed my appointment another three weeks out. I explained to Julie that I was in excruciating pain and needed to be seen as soon as possible. The earliest she offered was mid-June, but my family already had a vacation planned back home for three weeks. She then told me I wouldn’t be able to get in until July. At that point, I decided to seek another periodontist. Julie told me I would need a referral from their office before another doctor could see me, which turned out to be completely false. Another periodontal office got me in the very same day. They performed X-rays, examined my mouth, and immediately found an infection in the exact area where I had been complaining of severe pain. I was prescribed amoxicillin and am now being treated for the infection. This situation could have become very serious had the infection spread further. I kept being told that I was “under their care,” but I never truly felt cared for. My concerns and pain were not taken seriously. Because of this experience, I will be removing myself and my two children from this dental office. I would never recommend this location to anyone seeking compassionate or attentive periodontal care or any other basic dental work.
