I want to say that I’ve been coming here for years with my son and every time I come in I’m always greeted by Haydee and I have to say she is the best no matter what is going on at the office she is always there to hear your questions and concerns!!! My son has one more visit and his treatment will be done I will miss missing her and always puts a smile on my face it’s like she knows when I’m having a bad day and she makes a point to always put a smile on my face and my son likes her out of change of staff I would I have to say she is the best one!!! Thank you Haydee for everything you have done for me and my son

Our family has had a fantastic experience with Blue Wave Orthodontics. The entire team is always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. My son has received excellent care, and his treatment has been smooth from start to finish. His older sister was also a patient here. I have been so pleased with the experience over the years. I plan to bring my youngest child here when she’s ready for orthodontic care. It’s clear that this office truly cares about their patients, making every visit a positive one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great orthodontist!

Everyone at Bluewave was always friendly and pleasant! Deven the financial person was so amazing. Dr. Cetta was nice BUT under his care my child was in ortho. twice as long as projected. Got braces off but bite was very off and teeth did not look good, so had to get braces back on, it's been 3 years and quite the experience to say the least. Toward the end I was getting concerned that we were never going to get out of ortho. Dr. Cetta could not seem to align her bite and wanted to leave her with spaces. Luckily for us Dr. Cetta left Bluewave. The new Orthodontist is amazing, I believe his name is Mansour. He was able to correct my daughter's teeth in less than 3 months! She's now out of braces with a beautiful smile! I'm greatful to him and the bluewave team.

Scheduled an appointment for a consultation for my kids who have prior treatments and we were looking for a new orthodontist when we moved to the area. Staff was able to get us in quickly for the consultation so the low rating is based on the actual visit. We were told to arrive 15 minutes before the appointments which we did but was not taken back to the office until 10 minutes of our actually appointment time. After taking to the patient care coordinator we were left in the room for extremely long time without any communication that it would be a little while before the Dr would be in. We finally asked the front receptionist how much longer and she was surprised we weren't seen by the Dr. yet. She went into the office 2 times to find out what the hold up was and had no answer on why it was taking so long. We told we were just going to leave and she said "if you want to leave that's fine". We ended up walking about after we had been there for an hour and 40 minutes and still not had spoken with the Dr. As we walked out we noticed there was still 2 previous patients in the office also that had been there before us. No one called to apologize or even reached out. I'm not sure who has 2 hours for appointments but this was not a good first impression and there is a lack of communication within the office to patients.
