Had a crown done here years ago. My kids all grew up going to the dentist here. Great place. Great staff. Easy location. The crown tooth came out biting into some street corn on a safari to Kenya. The tooth had felt loose and irritated some overtime, but the street corn did it in lol. Greenberg saw me very quickly & ordered me a temporary flipper tooth. It normally takes 2 - 3 weeks but they got it back from manufacturer labs within days! I was so happy to get the call! Also, I was assisted by a very pretty & professional dental technician who helped resize it and install the tooth piece. Still wondering how I will fair removing it tonight lol. Had a crown done on one of my molars in late 2022. Two weeks later, the crown fell off. Greenberg Dental re-cemented the crown. Last weekend, the crown fell off. Greenberg Dental took Xrays and told me they would need to complete core buildup and include any pins and make a new crown for replacement at a total price of $2302.00. My insurance would cover all but $700.00. I expressed concern with the fact that after 2.5 years I would need to have this extent of work done on a tooth that already had crown work done. I asked for a price discount, which they refused. I followed my gut and asked for referrals from friends and family. I had multiple referrals to Dental Care at Lakewood Walk. They took xrays and did an exam and determined that I did not need the extensive work. They were able to re-cement the crown. Needless to say, I've changed my dental group. Dr. Monzin is fantastic and I highly recommend him and his dental group if you're looking for a great experience.

This dental office is great. They are honest and efficient. I have always had a great experience with Dr.Keo, he is nice and answers my questions and concerns. The office is always noticeably clean, way better than other “modern” dentist offices I’ve been to around here and the front desk ladies are welcoming. They have never tried to add unnecessary services or work like most dentist do nowadays. The new hygienist Alvarro is also great, he was gentle, quick, and made my cleaning very comfortable.

They forced me to click one star or they would not even have gotten that! Where do I start! I went in for a routine cleaning and exam, I told them I needed a couple of crowns replaced and would like the upper back one done first. I asked about pricing and for a plan for the other 2 to be done later. The dentist came in and told me I need 4 front crowns replace immediately! To my knowledge those crowns did not even needs replaced as I had seen a different dentist the year before and they were fine. They advised they will only do all 4 at the same time and not separate and left the room for the assistant to do the plan! I said I would never do 4 at a time! The assistant said I will go ask the dentist if he would be willing to do 2 but he may say no. She came back and advised he reluctantly agreed to 2. I told them I was more concerned about the upper back crown and not the front ones, the dentist said "oh no these ones need to be replaced ASAP"! I questioned why all 4 ore even 2 at once? Who can afford that? They told me "Oh we have financing"! They proceeded to show me a 3rd party loan company on their iPad with a ridiculous interest rate!!!! I left the office a bit perturbed and told them I would thing about it. The next thing I know my insurance has been billed for 2 crown build ups and 2 temporary crowns for teeth I did not even agree to!!!! I am filling an appeal to have the claims reversed, going to the BBB and never going back to that office again!!!! Beware, if you like high pressure sales at your dentist office go to them if not, stay clear of this dental company!

Called for an appointment regarding a chipped tooth. Doctor refused to make a simple bonding repair. He proceeded to push me to get Invisalign and Veneers. It's clearly all about profits-wouldn't step foot back in any of their locations.
