Of all my doctor's appointments, this is the one I do most faithfully. I have iffy gums, and dread the possibility of something going wrong. I'm a total baby about mouth pain - but Dr. Ross and Rose are both such pleasant people I actually look forward to seeing them. They are gentle, kind, yet totally professional. I feel safe in their hands.

I love City Smiles! I've been in their care for nearly four years and everyone on the team is so welcoming and helpful. Every visit I've had has been a wonderful blend of kind people, incredible technology, diligent dental work, and a great chair-side manner. I've been most frequently looked after by Rose and Dr. Ross, and I feel like my dental health is being well monitored and maintained to prepare me for the rest of my life. Thank you City Smiles!

Recently needed a root canal. This diagnoses strikes fear into most of us. But City Smiles is a different kind of place. In my opinion, if a dentist can make this kind of situation pleasant---they're probably good at everything. A root canal is a somewhat involved process and you expect to be in that chair all day, or most of it. And you expect it to hurt. Right? Well, Dr. Ross and his team have always been amazing---they out did themselves this time! The whole thing took maybe 3 hours tops. I dozed off in the chair a couple of times! Absolutely not one twinge of pain. The office staff are super helpful and kind. Dr. Ross's assistants are up on the latest tech and extremely thoughtful as they prep you. And Dr. Ross himself (the one and only) is the star of the show...smiling, making me laugh, explaining what's happening, always concerned about my comfort level, and dedicated to not just getting the job done, but doing it perfectly. Several times I heard him whisper, "Perfection is what we want!" They sent me home with pain killers---but I never needed them. I highly recommend City Smiles---Dr. Ross and his team are the absolute best!

Dr. Ross and his team were incredibly kind in helping contour one of my teeth that was slightly longer than the others. They’ve been great at explaining every procedure needed to help me achieve a healthy smile!
