Once again I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism and enthusiasm each of the team members display. I always feel comfortable in this setting and know my dental care is their top priority. Dr. Ross sets the stage for this experience. So...I'm all smiles here!! From a 10+ year loyal aligner and 3x a year cleaning patient.

Dr. Ross and his co-workers are always courteous and professional. They rate very high on the competence scale as well. Dr. Ross is perhaps the most talented dentist I have ever met. He also has a superb grasp of the technologies available to help him get his work done. Rose, the hygienist, is also excellent. Dr. Ross runs a first class operation!

Dr Ross and his staff were amazing. I have huge dental anxiety m. They took me in as a last minute appointment as a first time patient. He is extremely aware of dental anxiety and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend and would go back without a second thought! I cannot say enough good this visit and the people. I have never sat in a dentists office- or any medical office, for that matter- and thought to myself "I need to write a review of this place". From the moment I checked in to my first appointment I was greeted with the utmost of professionalism from every staff member. To my surprise, Dr. Ross himself came out to greet me. I'm used to doctors and dentists seeing me for 5-6 minutes halfway through my appointment, throwing medical jargon at me, and telling me they'll see me in a few months. This was the opposite experience. Dr. Ross sat me down and asked comprehensive questions about my dental experience, if I had any points I wanted to touch on, and his philosophy of care. His friendly demeanor and humor put me at ease during what has been such a stressful experience in the past. I commented about the financial burden I'm experiencing and he made it a point at each interaction to ensure I would get a proper quote before moving further. The x ray technician and hygienist were kind, thorough, and made the cleaning as painless as possible. When it came time for recommendations that put me past what insurance would cover, Dr. Ross came back to see me multiple times as I weighed my decisions, never pressuring me but rather letting me know what options I had if I couldn't make it work. I have never had a dentist office treat me with such compassion and care, and I will absolutely be telling my friends and coworkers about this experience.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ross for almost 20 years. He has handled my emergency work, the ordinary cleanings, and everything in between. He’s friendly and professional, and always makes time when I need to see him.
