3/1525...FREE DENTAL CLINIC..Dr. Amin fixed my daughter's front tooth and did x-rays... the first hygienist that roomed my daughter Grace Decino was very mean and rude which scared Grace and she started to cry; she wanted to leave!...It was hard enough getting her in there to begin with!!...I asked for a different hygienist which I think was Mary Kate....she comforted Grace and calmed her down..she did a great job with Grace!.....I have to say the host at the front door...the entire front desk was so kind, warm, welcoming and comforting! BUT!...The ROCKSTAR of that day was RACHEL!!!..She noticed me crying and nervous so she came up to me to console me...she just hugged me, rubbed my back and empathized with me!.while the host at the front door gave me a bottle of water!.....that 100% got me through that appointment!! THANK YOU RACHEL!!!!

I'm a little shocked reading all these wonderful reviews knowing that my daughter and I had an awful experience. I scheduled my daughter a "problem" appointment and that went well. At the end of the appointment, we scheduled her a cleaning for a week later. I called early in the week to confirm the time and was told she was not on the schedule - mind you, I ended up finding the card i was given with the date and time. I rescheduled her appointment and moved on. When we went in for the appointment, we were met with a not so friendly hygienist who had no patience whatsoever. My daughter is young so therefore a little nervous. It came time for x-rays and let's just say it lasted about 5 minutes and I walked out with my daughter hysterically crying. This hygienist was rude and dismissive. She stated they aren't a pediatric dentist and we need to find somewhere else. If you're not a pediatric dentist and good with kids, then you probably shouldn't advertise that you are. I then got the bill in the mail and I'm being charged for "services" they apparently did in the 5 minutes I was there. I did call and speak to someone regarding the bill and was told it would be looked into. Low and behold, have heard nothing.

Exceptional service! From my first phone call with Shannon to help get my new insurance figured out to a quick efficient appointment to a very informative check out. It was excellent. Every staff member I encountered was amazing and professional. And when I was leaving one of these lovely ladies was giving a car battery jump to another patient!! Glad our family found you all.

Ashley jackhammered my teeth perfectly to cleanliness and I feel great. Dr. Kim is awesome. The front desk is awesome! Here's a pic of my smile and me feeling strong and confident coming out of my appointment!.
