302 Orthodontics

After putting all four of my children in braces with 302 Orthodontics, I finally did it for myself. My treatment is now complete. I'm very happy with my results and highly recommend them for orthodontic treatment. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. You'll also love their rewards program! Dr. Fiss is so very nice and has excellent attention to detail. I was happy to put my trust in him. Stacy assisted on many of my treatment days and is absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure my orthodontic experience was top notch. From our initial phone call to our last appointment everything was perfect. The ladies at the front are always smiling and laughing. The techs are gentle. The doctors are knowledgeable. The financial team is understanding and fair. I recommend 302 Orthodontics to anyone and everyone in the Wilmington & Dover area!

I never made it into the office unfortunately. Their “screening process” for Medicaid patients is extremely prejudicial and handled in a very condescending & unprofessional manner. It was repeatedly assumed and implied that I was being dishonest or misrepresenting my child’s cleaning history due to the name on our insurance card is all I can infer since I was never asked any questions just told repeatedly the information I provided was false. She also kept calling my son she and her after I corrected her multiple times. I opted to not schedule bc if that’s how the receptionist will treat a stranger I can only imagine the office culture there and I’d rather not. I’m disappointed and disgusted. All patients should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of insurance carrier.

I love this place… Dr. Fiss is amazing! I can’t leave out Stacey who serviced me on most of my visits and made things happen. Jenn took time to teach me how to properly put in & take out my retainer. I give them 10/10.

I just got my braces off recently and they’ve been so helpful through my journey, always attentive and caring. I’m so happy with my new smile! Thank you guys so much!
