My son and I had a scheduling situation. Erica Rose at the front desk helped us through the problem with patients and understanding. She navigated us through to get us to the next available appointment. Considering this is going to be his last appointment there was a lot of anxiety and anxiousness. Thanks to her patients rescheduling the last appointment was seamless. Highly recommend this office and their top-notch staff. Went to another orthodontist before this one. The caparison between the doctors and office staff hands down 5 star here.

I worked with Aja, (after I suffered a financial set back due to an injury) and she helped me to come up with a doable payment plan that allowed me to fulfill my payment responsibility for my son's orthodontist treatments while I focused on healing. Aja treated me with such great compassion and made an unbearable and (at times) embarrassing and difficult situation, manageable. I can not praise Aja enough for helping me to gain my confidence back to walk my son back into the Orthodontist office when I could resume my regular payment schedule and have my son treated here. This is the best Orthodontist office around and Aja is the best staff person ever!!!!

The whole team is great! Very nice and genuinely cares about your smile. If you meet Stacy, she's awesome! So down to earth and is very understanding about my needs.

I've been a customer here for multiple years now, and my teeth have never looked better! All of the employees here are nice and caring. Majority of my treatment, I've had Stacy handle my appointments. She's a seasoned vet who knows what she's doing! Overall, great orthodontist office with top notch treatment! 10/10 would recommend.

I DO NOT recommend this practice. I had an awful experience. Once you sign the contract, their treatment of you changes. Dr. Fiss is very nasty. I was constantly being threatened with being charged more money. I heard other patients arguing with the employees often when we were there. Save yourself a headache and don't go here.
