Whelp I’m a forever patient! Never thought I’d be writing a good review for a dentist office but I cannot say enough good things. This coming from someone with massive dental anxiety from past bad experiences at previous offices (not here at Icon). I’ve had panic attacks when procedures come up, but after coming here I’ll never go anywhere else and have recommended Dr. Nguyen to several friends and family members. They take comprehensive scans that they don’t charge out of pocket for (like many other offices), are patient and kind with your concerns, and transparent with pricing so you know what to expect once you work out a game plan that works best for you. It built trust that he proposed the most pressing items first then explained why and what we could focus on next, all with cost, healthy teeth and comfort in mind. I unfortunately have to have quite a bit of work done due to crowns misplaced by previous dental offices and subsequent cavities but as soon as I stepped in here and spoke with the team I didn’t feel panic like I have in the past. Dr. Nguyen and his team are quick, efficient, easygoing and I didn’t feel a thing … which I’ll be honest is kindof crazy in my experience. Even the numbing pokes were offset by clever tapping on my cheek as a distraction and topical lido beforehand. It hasn’t helped that I’ve got the particular ginger gene that means I process numbing agents super quickly & in my past caused issues/meant I felt a lot - but here he numbed me up and I didn’t feel a thing the whole time - no breaks needed. I’m beside myself with relief and not dreading my future visits to this office which I’ve never been able to say in the past. Also the whole team here is adorable and personable and the office is modern and pretty (nice bonus). Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you guys

I found this place looking for an elective cosmetic procedure. I stayed because they are thorough, professional and have a great attention to detail. I was able to schedule my work within a reasonable amount of time without issue. They were attentive to my needs and worked diligently to make sure the new work fit my bite. They did a filling close to my gum line and its like magic! My smile is restored beautifully. Also, I was able to schedule my biannual Botox appointment with my cleaning so it was a spa day wrapped into a dental appointment. I LOVE twofers! As well, they were able to give masseter Botox and I am very excited for the benefits that procedure promises. They were very clear about my charges and my expectations were met in every way. The pricing is proximal to other dentists but the additional care and attention to detail make it a much more valuable experience. Im glad I found this spot and you will be too.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Dr T. During my most recent filling appointment, I had extreme dental anxiety, and she was incredibly kind and patient. She helped calm me down, offered to reschedule if I needed, and made me feel completely supported. She’s also been very attentive to how my unique health issues affect my gums and teeth, which I really appreciate. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and always makes thoughtful recommendations. She also fixed a filling a previous dentist had done poorly, and it is so much better. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both so skilled and so genuinely caring. Everyone on her team that I have worked with has been equally as caring and skilled as well.

Great dentist spot. Have been going here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. Kind hygienists and doctors. Fun but professional. Right downtown so easy for me to walk from work. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience here at Icon Dental. I’ve been to many dentists but have never gotten any work done because I’ve been so uncomfortable with the facility and staff. The office is beautiful, state of the art, and clean. All the staff and doctors here are amazing, i’ve never been so impressed. I’m actually excited for my treatment plan, which feels odd for me to say but I am. I’ll be referring this office to everyone and look forward to returning. Thanks so much guys!!
