I’ve had a wonderful experience every appointment I’ve had at this this dentist. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire visit feel comfortable. The environment was warm, clean, and inviting. I am located in the lower downtown which makes the location is very convenient. I truly appreciated the excellent service and positive atmosphere. I’m genuinely disappointed because I really felt like I had finally found a dental office where I could establish long-term care and eventually move forward with orthodontic and cosmetic treatment. The office is beautiful, and both my hygienist and doctor were excellent. Unfortunately, the administrative and insurance experience has been very different. I work in an area that involves insurance, so I understand claims can take time, but I also know many of these situations can be avoided with clear communication, proper verification, and organization. Before my appointment, I specifically asked if the provider was in network and was told yes. I later found out through my insurance that the provider is actually out of network. I was also charged $280 at my visit before my secondary insurance had finished processing. My primary insurance has now processed the claim and shows a lower patient responsibility, while my secondary insurance is still pending, so I am still waiting for my final balance and any reimbursement owed. What has disappointed me most is the communication. After following up with questions, I received a very brief response that did not address my full concerns. For me, customer service and feeling protected, informed, and supported by my healthcare provider are extremely important. I’m still waiting for everything to be finalized before deciding whether I feel comfortable continuing with the practice, which is honestly disappointing because my clinical experience was very positive.

I had such a great experience with Daisy! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional throughout my entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell that she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Daisy to anyone looking for a wonderful dental hygienist!
