Hello my name is Julian. I have been going to AAD my whole life and i can say this place is by far the best dentistry ever. You walk in everyone is so kind and pleasant to one another. The state of the art equipment is also a really cool part. At AAD you never have to worry about a bad cleaning or such. Ashley, Amy, Alexis, and Dr. Piani are always on it!! Dr. Piani himself if a great person and his whole staff does a great job of taking care of clients.

Dr. Paini and his staff are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, professional, and welcoming. Every step of the process was handled with care and precision, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Dr. Paini is not only highly skilled, but also attentive and reassuring—he takes the time to make sure you understand what’s happening and that you feel at ease. His team reflects that same level of excellence: kind, efficient, and genuinely invested in your experience. I had a deep cleaning done and was honestly impressed by how smooth and thorough everything was. You can tell this office takes pride in doing things the right way. For someone who is actively avoiding the dentist, this is for you. I have never been somewhere where they are so thorough and so kind. The dentist, dental hygienist, dental assistant, to the receptionist work on you like a team. It feels like a four in one visit. Every member of the staff was incredibly patient and genuinely concerned for my specific needs. I wanted to avoid veneers, for my own preferences, and I felt extremely supported in my personal dental goals. The check ins are timely and the suggestions are never pushy. Fixing my smile has made me smile more, feel more approachable, and confident (you don’t realize what a gift that is until you have it back.) They are PERFECTIONISTS in the best way. They wanted to get the shapes right, not only for my satisfaction, but their own personal standards. If you’ve ever had your nails done, you know. They took their time and checked in with me constantly throughout the process. Closing one of my gaps took longer than any of us expected but they never made me feel like I was rushed or a bother for wanting it to look a certain way. It was pretty cool, like custom designing my own smile. I’m still in shock by how talented they are, some people are just in the right field, and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this place. I literally got a compliment recently from a stranger saying “I love the shape of your teeth.”If you’ve had a poor experience somewhere else and want to feel safe trying someplace new, it has the love of a mom and pop shop in a dentists office. So friendly, 10/10, can’t recommend enough!

Dr. Paini and his team are always friendly and professional. My past fear of having to go to the dentist is gone! The practice makes sure I am comfortable at all times and the quality of treatments is top notch. I highly recommend this group of professionals!

I couldn’t believe this place has so many good reviews but as a person who is very nervous and hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 years it was deserved! Ashley at the front desk is very kind and Amy, the hygienist was the best! She took away any fears I had about the cleaning and even gave me some great advice about sleep guards. I only had a quick visit with Dr Paini but he was kind and fixed up my current guard for me at no extra cost.
