Comfort Dental Braces - South Powers

This place is pretty great, I’ve only had one bad visit out of many with me and my kids in braces. My only complaint is how I was treated most recently. Because of me PRE discussing three time a year being on overtime and that I wouldn’t be coming in. One of those times is around Christmas due to working over 60hour weeks (salary)…. Well I call to make an apt for me and my son and find out they have been charging me while I wasnt going and I have so may late fees I can’t even pay the fees for two of us. I get it they need to get paid but why was I told otherwise? Why am I being charged late fees when I was told it was “fine” I’m very disappointed. Plus the lady on the phone was super rude and wouldn’t listen to me saying this was already talked about and I shouldn’t have the late fees. Welp might just have to break them off my teeth myself 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve had my braces with comfort dental twice now and I LOVE coming here they always are so friendly!! Also Luis is AMAZING!!! I look forward to seeing him along with everyone else every month!

From the beginning it was a great experience! The doctor is awesome & the assistants are great too. Especially Luis he helped me multiple times when I had to come with my infant who now is 10months old. Always flexible with payments never had an issue with payments. Totally recommend them, & I went to to both locations & they’re both great.

Love going in there staff is so helpful and kind always get in on time and my grandson's orthodontist is awesome
