From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of by the staff. Alicia was incredibly helpful and truly amazing throughout my visit. She made my decisions much easier with her knowledge and straightforward approach. Dr. Lockett was very thorough and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly when it came to my children. She was great with my kids and showed genuine care throughout the appointment. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

So far our experience with Lockett Orthodontics has been great. Everyone is kind and caring. Dr. Lockett is knowledgeable and is able to explain things in a way that makes sense to the patient and their parents. We will keep coming back for all of our ortho needs.

Dr. Lockett and especially Liz have become so near and dear to us over the last four years of our daughter being in braces. When we needed them to fight for us—they did. When we needed specialized care—they were right there. They’ve been incredibly thorough, compassionate, and determined to help our cleft kiddo feel confident in the smile she now wears so proudly. To say this is the end is honestly heartbreaking, but I think that just shows the level of care, connection, and genuine investment they’ve given our family. Dr. Lockett and Liz, we sure do love you both and will miss you tremendously. 💙
