Dr. Baig & Dr. Butler did a fantastic job!! I have had years of braces and expanders and was never happy with the results. I am so glad I decided to do invisalign here because I can finally say I love my smile!! Highly recommend!!

Was good the first 2years my son was getting his mouth worked on. Then the students/residents started graduating and leaving the school. I can never get an appointment for him on Mondays my day off. They try and book you downstairs without any other options if you or your child needs oral surgery. It takes 2months to get an appointment for surgery and then day of they tell you you don’t have insurance anymore so they wanna charge $1,000 to get it done. It took me to ask if we can go somewhere else bcs again it was going to take another 2months to rebook after telling them I don’t have $1000. So then we get into DenverHealth and they did not charge for anything for the procedure he need to get done. The only reason we still go here is bcs my son is almost done with his races!! But I absolutely do not recommend simply bcs they want money and communication is all over the place!

I work on campus and thought I’d try getting care here for convenience. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were unprofessional—aside from one exceptional individual. Phone interactions felt rushed, with abrupt hang-ups and little courtesy, and in person, some staff seemed more focused on their phones than helping patients. During my visit, a faculty member made an insensitive comment when I explained my reason for wanting to correct my teeth, which made me feel uncomfortable. On a positive note, the resident who worked with me was fantastic—professional, kind, and attentive.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk service - women had a bad attitude and was very unhelpful. Very bad reflection of a teaching clinic aimed to educate professionals on standards of quality care. Hope that’s resolved soon!
