I can’t thank Dr. Martin and his team enough. After another dental office told me I would have to wait and recommended a much more expensive treatment plan, I was in significant pain and desperately needed same-day care. Dr. Martin took the time to evaluate me, explained everything clearly, and was able to perform my wisdom tooth extraction the same day using local anesthesia. The procedure was quick, completely painless, and such a huge relief. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care I received and highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team!

Bernie loves your dentist office. Loves his Dentist and the girls working in the office and the techs are all soooo nice, friendly and professional. He appreciates that, if needed, he can call the office and book an appointment, when he has a concern about his teeth, and be seen as soon as possible!

This place feels like a classic bait and switch scheme. I called to verify if they accepted my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. The staff member assured me they did and requested my insurance details. After I provided them, I scheduled an appointment and confirmed they were an in-network dentist. She mentioned that if there were any problems with my insurance, I would get a call the following day. I never got that call, and when I tried to follow up, no one picked up, but I did receive an automated text reply. On the day of my appointment, I inquired again about my insurance acceptance and in-network status, and she reiterated that they were indeed in-network. After being taken to the back, I had x-rays taken and spoke with the doctor, who felt more like a used car salesman trying to upsell me. Then, a front desk employee came back with a paper indicating I owed $150 for the cleaning. This was a total bait and switch; they maxed out my insurance and then asked for additional payment. Blue Cross Blue Shield in-network dentists provide cleanings and x-rays at no cost. They clearly intended to upsell me from the moment I walked in. This place is terrible. Additionally, it is not very clean; the floors are stained, and the counters appear dirty. Ultimately, I had to walk out, and they billed my insurance for essentially nothing. They also refused to give me a copy or email of my x-rays unless I paid them $20. Avoid this place; it’s disrespectful and dreadful.

I had to have tooth 🦷 pulled the doctor did an excellent job of pulling it out I didn't fill it ore have any pain at all very happy with doctor here also all of his staff are very very polite very very professional I will be using this doctor again for any dental work I need in the future he also works with va to help veterans I am a veteran of the marine corps thanks you once again doctor an I also would like to thank his staff keep up the great work lady's

This was my first time going to this dentist and I’m really happy to have found them on Google. The receptionist Monica was super friendly and super relatable in every way. The Dentist was very kind and friendly as well as the manager. She went over all of the procedures and amounts with me, not making me do anything I didn’t want to. The prices are very affordable here and it was just a really great experience and again I am happy to have found them. I recommend anyone to Quail Lakes dental care.
