Park Staff members Makayla, Areceili and Michelle, provided excellent customer service. My insurance coverage had a discrepancy, they contact the insurance and helped me resolve. They explained everything every step of the way. Additionally making sure payment was within my budget. The examine was gentle and quick. Such a pleasure to work with these professional ladies. I will always recommend Park West to my love ones.

Michelle was absolutely amazing during my first visit. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to, which instantly put me at ease. She walked me through the entire orientation and exam process step by step, explaining everything clearly and making the experience feel effortless. As someone who can be a little nervous at a new dental office, Michelle made a huge difference. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a genuinely great experience. She’s a true asset to this office, and I’m really glad she was the one helping me during my first visit. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Parkwest Dental! From start to finish, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Michelle — she was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. And Dr. Kang — truly outstanding! It’s been a while since I was able to see a dentist so when I finally got dental insurance, my mom had recommended me this place as she has good experiences here too. I only expected to do a basic New Patient exam/check up and would have to come back to do the deep cleaning and deal with any cavities but they literally did everything same day! (With the exception with one half of my mouth for deep cleaning but it was cause of my insurance not the dentist. With that being said- they scheduled me the next day to finish everything left!) I came in at 9am and pretty much finished around 2pm. Thank you Ramandeep, Dr. Dahliwal, & Thalia for a great experience back at the dentist!!
