My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

It has been a wonderful experience since the office changed physicians. Dr. Pham is kind, compassionate, and always makes my children feel comfortable during their visits. One of my children is on the autism spectrum, and she is consistently patient, understanding, and attentive to their needs. We truly appreciate the level of care she provides. I was also relieved to learn that Dr. Tyler is no longer with the practice. During our experiences with him, he often came across as rushed and dismissive, particularly with my child. It felt as though there was little patience when my child expressed concerns or mentioned additional symptoms during appointments, which made those visits stressful. The difference in the quality of care since Dr. Pham joined the practice has been significant, and I am very grateful for the positive change.

Dr. Pham & Natalie were amazing! They kept my daughter distracted and comforted her when she needed it. I appreciate all the attention to distract her while getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Awesome job ladies I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending both of you

It was our first visit, I have 3 boys and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our wait time were super quick from checking in, getting their X-rays and cleaning. My boys felt super comfortable right away. Shout out to Taylor and Amari for being so kind to my boys, they are excited to return back for their next check up .

Dr. Tyler doesn’t talk to his assistants kindly matter. You guys see a nice Dr. but his assistants see the devil. He’s also really aggressive with the kids. If you can be a nice Dr to patients then you can be a nicer Dr to your assistants. It’s really unprofessional the way he talks to his assistants. I understand he’s a Dr but he’s not above anybody else morally. Treat everyone the same or don’t treat anyone at all. Terrible experience. -10/10 would definitely not recommend.

Everyone has always been so helpful! Both my kids have been coming here since they were babies and they actually like coming to the doctor. Especially with my kiddo who has special needs.
