My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

The staff is amazing here! I love that they follow all the protocols and they also respect your time. The personality of all the staff members is so nice helps my family feel comfortable for an easy visit! I highly recommend dr tyler and I appreciate his honesty.

Have been coming to them for maybe 2 years. Always stuck waiting an hour for the dentist. Never complained. Then I have an appt, I'm running a few minutes behind so get a call 5 minutes after my appt time just to tell me they only have a 5 minute grace period. Tell them im 3-5 minutes down the road and they say ok. Attitude but still ok. So I get there 6 MINUTES LATER, only to be told I can be rescheduled after driving over 30 minutes to get there. I was told it was a 15 minute grace period to which I showed it was only 13 minutes at that time after already standing there for 2 minutes while they talked to the dentist. Then supposedly its only a 10 minute window. So we wont be going back! They dont even know a grace period and gave me 3 different time frames and then just canceled me. So unprofessional! And I had 2 kids appointments so time to find a new dentist who can actually get their crap together and not say one thing and then do another.

I HIGHLY Recommend My Kid's Dentist on Trinity Parkway in Stockton. They have been outstanding! All of the staff are friendly and amazing. I have a 3 y/o and she has been there 2x. My daughter loves watching the tv on the ceiling while she lays back being treated. The dentist and his staff have been very patient and understanding with my daughter. They know how to handle shy and nervous kids. I am very thankful for their gentle nature, the dentist can be a overwhelming experience for a young child but my daughter has had an positive experience each time! Big SHOUT OUT to Abbie, she is Terrific! Abbie was able to take x-rays with my daughter, I thought that my daughter was going to freak out but Abbie made it a fun experience for her. I didn't even have to comfort her through the process. Abbie was able to clean her teeth and do a small procedure and my daughter let her do it all without crying or becoming anxious. They have made each visit very easy and painless for the parent, which I was not expecting. Thank you to all the staff and the dentist who are truly phenomenal! I will be telling all of my friends with children to go here!

I had a really pleasant experience. All of the staff were very polite and very professional. Andrea was my financial advisor she was very informative and helped me figure out a payment plan that would be a good fit for me.

Reception was super nice and helpful got us scheduled very quickly! The tech made sure my 1.5 year old was comfortable before bringing in the doctor. The doctor was very patient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend coming here with your little ones.
