Doctor Castillo is a knowledgeable, caring orthodontist who explained the different options for improving my bite and teeth. He has the latest equipment…a 3D scanner which allowed me to see my teeth in detail and their positioning. It helped to make an informed decision as to the need for orthodontic care. The highlight of my visit was Teddy, the therapy cavapoo dog who sat on my lap and took away all anxiety and fear of sitting in a dentist’s chair!

My daughter’s lower braces broke when visiting family for Thanksgiving in San Diego (we are from Chicago), causing pain in her cheek. Park View stayed open late after we called and were SO KIND to repair, even though we are not their patient. I hope that Dr Castillo and receptionist Veronica generous and friendly spirits are repaid ten-fold! What a wonderful Thanksgiving gift to us. They are a blessing!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jose Castillo and his amazing team. I came to him after visiting two orthodontists who were unable to resolve my case. I had an overbite and a constant pain in my jaw joint, which made me feel uncomfortable and worried. From the very first visit, Dr. Castillo gave me hope. He took the time to explain everything clearly and created a treatment plan that actually worked. Not only did correct the overbite, but he also relieved the jaw pain I had been struggling with for years. Thanks to his experience and the support of his caring team, I can now smile with complete confidence. My experience has been and I’m so grateful I found Park View Orthodontics. I cannot recommend Dr. Castillo and his team, especially Ellie enough. I was about to turn 40 and my jaw pain was getting to the point where I could not take it any more. Went for a consultation and Dr. Castillo explained all my options, even letting me down gently that I would not be a candidate for Invisalign! I would need upper jaw surgery and an expander as part of my process but he would be there every step of the way. I am a military spouse and we knew we would be moving in two and a half years and he said he would get me to where I would need to be in that time. What really impressed me about him was that he communicated with my oral surgeon, talked through what kind of surgery I would be having and what kind of techniques would be done. And he even came to my surgery. I was completely out of it, but I am glad he was there overseeing it all. Each appointment he answered my questions and Ellie, the amazing tech, made sure I was comfortable and listened to me complain about the gap in my mouth as my jaw explained. I have had my braces off for two months now, wearing my very cool 3D printed retainers daily, and am now living in Texas. I really wish Dr. Castillo and team were closer so they could be the ones to take my daughter through her braces journey as well! You are in safe, capable, and well trained hands here.

I am very happy with my final results working with Parkview Orthodontics. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Michelle is at the front desk and always greets you by name. Jan, who is in charge of billing, did an excellent job explaining the patient process and offered comfortable payment plans. Ella, the dental assistant, is very gentle and provides excellent patient education while your braces are being adjusted. Dr. Castillo is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his rationale for his treatment programs. During my time with him I was also seeing an oral surgeon. Dr. Castillo verified that each Dr. was in agreement with my treatment plan before proceeding with my program. Currently, during COVID they are taking extra precautions to ensure patient saftey and comfort. They are very organized in scheduling follow-up appointments and sending reminders. The office space is ALWAYS clean and tidy. I am so happy to have worked with Dr. Castillo and his staff. I will absolutely continue recommending him to friends and my own patients.
