Sacramento Braces and Wisdom Teeth

Hands down the best doctor i’ve ever had. Dr. Sepand Ghanouni made my wisdom teeth surgery so unbelievably easy and smooth. His skill, professionalism, and easy-going personality made the entire process stress-free. I cannot express how highly I recommend you see Dr. Sepand Ghanouni. You will NOT find a better doctor anywhere!

My experience with Sacramento Braces and Wisdom Teeth was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. My son was referred to this office by his dentist for orthodontic treatment. From the moment we arrived for our consultation, the staff was rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome. We were told they would contact us once insurance approval was received. After that appointment, we heard absolutely nothing for over a month and a half. Out of nowhere, I received a call informing me that my son had supposedly missed an appointment that nobody had ever notified us about. When I immediately called back to explain that we had never been contacted or informed of any scheduled appointment, the response was shocking. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was told they had simply placed us on the schedule and, because we didn’t show up for an appointment we never knew existed, they had removed my son from their system. When I tried to resolve the situation by offering to pay cash and asking for another appointment, I was told, “We think it’s best for you to go somewhere else.” When I questioned why we were being removed, I was told it was due to billing issues. However, after offering to pay out of pocket, I was still refused service. I then asked if they were randomly removing patients, and the response I received was, “No, just you.” The situation became even more disturbing when I was told they simply did not want my money there, and the call was ended by hanging up on me. As a parent trying to get necessary orthodontic care for my child, I found this treatment completely unacceptable. Whether it was incompetence, discrimination, or a combination of both, no family should be treated this way. The lack of communication, refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes, and openly hostile behavior toward a referred patient was beyond unprofessional. I would strongly encourage other families to think carefully before trusting Sacramento Braces and Wisdom Teeth with their care.

Dr.G pulled all four of my wisdom tooth out! And as nervous and scared I was he made this a very good experience. He definitely was very quick, I did not feel no pain I’m very satisfied all the staffs in my care team were very polite and kept making sure I was ok. I definitely recommend. Thank you to him and his staff

I wish I could give them a 0 star but unfortunately it doesn’t allow me, let me explain. Very disappointing experience. The appointment felt extremely rushed. I spoke with the doctor for about a minute, and I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. I expected more time to discuss my concerns and understand my treatment options. Unfortunately, I would NOT RECOMMEND this office.
