The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. 1 star to the present doctor, I would give him a good review, no complaints, he is polite, looks professional. However, the clinic is completely unprofessional. The doctors were changing during the whole treatment. You will be told to come back in 4-6 weeks, but in reality the appointment can only be made for much later. It feels like they intentionally delay treatment just to create more work. Don’t have enough staff but many clients. They are always running late — even if you have the very first appointment of the day. The waiting time is 40–60 minutes almost every visit. You rush from work or school to make it on time, spend your own time to get there, and then end up waiting an hour anyway. Because of their delays, you end up being late back to work or school. It’s incredibly frustrating. The treatment itself is mediocre at best. They spent 9 months trying to “expand” my child’s jaw, then removed two perfectly healthy teeth that, according to another doctor, should have been preserved — but by then it was too late. After that, we went through 2.5 years of braces, and the result still isn’t ideal. The original case was not complicated: minor crowding on the bottom and canine alignment. Terrible experience. This is honestly one of the worst clinic. Front desk was indifferent, without initiative, as if they considered you a fool. I initially came here because of the doctor who was working here, but the clinic did not continue to cooperate with her, and the doctors were supposed to change randomly… Do not come here. I wish we had gone somewhere else from the beginning. Sorry.

I was a little nervous based off of mixed reviews but yesterday my 2 boys had an appointment with ortho and general dentistry and our experience was great everyone was so kind and informative from the front office to the back office. I highly recommend bringing your children here. The dentist can be a scary place if you don’t go to the right place. My kids are excited to go back here due to their great experience. Thank you for being so kind.

So far. So good. Our family was in search of an office with people that actually care about the families. We also were hoping to find an office that provided most/or all services in house, or in the same office. We found exactly what we were looking for. The staff are incredibly patient and friendly. They send a ton of reminders up until the day of the appointment lol Our wait times were orderly and did not take too long. The lobby and dental area are clean. I like how diverse the office is, patients and staff. There are multiple bilingual staff. This is a convenient location. They are open 7 days a week. Excluding a couple of Holidays. You'll have to confirm with the staff. If anything changes, I will return for an update. Thank you Children's Choice Staff members and Doctors.

Just expect to wait without acknowledgment I arrived on time, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes just to be called back. Then we were told there would be additional waiting before speaking to someone about the results, so we decided to leave. I was assured that someone would call with the information, but no one ever did. Both my husband and I work full-time jobs and have to take time off for the one day a week you are open. If you are unable to stay on schedule within 15 minutes of an appointment, you should consider offering additional availability. It is rude and disrespectful to disregard people’s time, and failing to acknowledge this comes across as entitled. It was clear that you felt it was unreasonable for us, as patients, to expect our appointment to be honored—as if we were in the wrong for anticipating punctuality or having other commitments scheduled afterward.

This office is fantastic. My kids have gone here for both dental and orthodontics and they absolutely love it. They always have appointments, I can always get them on the phone and the staff is fantastic. They work very well with medi-cal and other dental plans and they even helped me to get my son anesthesia in office for his procedure even though he was past the age that meds-cal will normally pay for that. I highly recommend this dental office (and their other several locations) for all of your pediatric dental and orthodontic needs.
