The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. 1 star to the present doctor, I would give him a good review, no complaints, he is polite, looks professional. However, the clinic is completely unprofessional. The doctors were changing during the whole treatment. You will be told to come back in 4-6 weeks, but in reality the appointment can only be made for much later. It feels like they intentionally delay treatment just to create more work. Don’t have enough staff but many clients. They are always running late — even if you have the very first appointment of the day. The waiting time is 40–60 minutes almost every visit. You rush from work or school to make it on time, spend your own time to get there, and then end up waiting an hour anyway. Because of their delays, you end up being late back to work or school. It’s incredibly frustrating. The treatment itself is mediocre at best. They spent 9 months trying to “expand” my child’s jaw, then removed two perfectly healthy teeth that, according to another doctor, should have been preserved — but by then it was too late. After that, we went through 2.5 years of braces, and the result still isn’t ideal. The original case was not complicated: minor crowding on the bottom and canine alignment. Terrible experience. This is honestly one of the worst clinic. Front desk was indifferent, without initiative, as if they considered you a fool. I initially came here because of the doctor who was working here, but the clinic did not continue to cooperate with her, and the doctors were supposed to change randomly… Do not come here. I wish we had gone somewhere else from the beginning. Sorry.

My time here was fantastic. They were quick, kind, and pleasant, and the whole procedure was incredibly straightforward. They ensured my daughter felt at ease. We could receive both cleaning and x-ray services at the orthodontist's office. My daughter is thrilled about her braces, and the cost is very reasonable. We are extremely grateful for selecting this facility. Many thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality.

Love this place, the staff are soo nice, the wait time isn’t bad at all, and the appointments are quick! Every single person that works at this location is just a bright light! The front desk ladies always have big smiles on their faces, and the ladies is the back are just so delightful, and know how to make their patients laugh! I always leave there with a tired jaw from smiling and laughing soo much! Thank you everyone for the great service!! Oh and the new dentist….. I like him!! 10:10

The technician could have been more gentle with the removal of my daughter's widening bracket on her teeth. It was quite brutal and an explanation of the process to my daughter and that there would be a lot of pressure would have been appreciated. The whole thing seemed unprofessional.

My son recently got braces here and I feel he is getting good quality orthodontic care. Orthodontists and staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable and they are constantly cleaning and sanitizing between patients. I highly recommend!!
