Midtown Dental

This review is long overdue! I have been a patient at Midtown dental since they opened. Over the weekend while eating popcorn I cracked my tooth and a big chunk fell off, leaving the jagged edge of my existing filling. I called first thing Monday morning and they had me come right to the office. I was seen by Dr. Mathia, and my only option was a crown. One great thing about this practice is they 3-D print your crown while you wait, (visit only took about 2 hours) so you’re in and out the same day. This is not the first crown that I’ve had to have put on a tooth and it’s the same process every single time. The staff are amazing. The dentists are amazing. Everything about this place is amazing hence why I drive from Folsom. Oh, if you’re reading this review, take my advice and stay away from popcorn! 😂

Friendly staff, they made me feel comfortable and checked in on me throughout the appointment. They are more knowledgeable than the handful of other dentists I’ve been to, they’re thorough and the treatment plan they gave me was for both short term and long term care, which makes me feel supported and confident. It’s a high-tech office, they have a lot of photography gadgets to aid in cleanings and to check for problem spots and progress. There is a lot of artwork on the walls as well, makes it a cool and unique environment. As far as I could tell it’s an all woman staff, which is amazing for me (a woman) and something I haven’t seen before!

I have been going to this dentist for a couple of years and I have to say - its always a positive experience. The office is immaculate and modern. The staff are so kind and accommodating, and as a woman I really appreciate the amount of female staff! The work I have gotten done there has always been great, so much so I continue to go there after moving away from Sac! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this office for several years now and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! I’m a big baby for all dental visits, even cleanings! But this office has slowly made me realize that I can unclench and actually relax, despite my years of fear and panic. I’ve now had a few fillings and even a crown and they’ve all been a breeze! I NEVER thought I would feel that way. And my hygienist, Caroline, is THE BEST! She has greatly improved my gum health with her caring and non-judgemental approach. I was so used to being intimidated by my hygienist that I never stuck with one, but not at this office, Caroline is the only one that knows my vibe and how to advise me so I always book with her! I actually feel comfortable enough in her chair, knowing she’s going to take care of my mouth and help me be better. I cannot stress how lovely this whole office is, they are so kind, never pushy or rude about treatment plans, accommodating, super clean, and always on time. Thanks Midtown! My smile appreciates all of you!!

I absolutely LOVE Midtown Dental. I recently moved far away, and they are one of the things I miss most. I have had such a hard time finding a dentist office as good as Midtown Dental. They are friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, make excellent recommendations, and the office has a great atmosphere. I’m really going to miss going here!
