Dr. Lewin is an amazing Dentist his chair side manner is amazing! For someone that is afraid of needles I didn’t feel a thing, he is very gentle and a perfectionist, so glad I had my dental work by him. The office manager Jessica is amazing very caring and she made it possible for me to have my dental work done same day! The receptionist & back office staff made me feel welcomed & they are very friendly a huge “Shout out” to Dr. Lewin’s entire team. Thank you all for making me feel better after my dental treatment. I will definitely be returning and referring people to you! Thank you ALL.!

Went in this Monday for an emergency extraction of my molars, had an infection and they helped me out tremendously! I have no insurance so I knew it would be costly. But the staff was so helpful in helping me apply for credit care and the dentist and assistants were very helpful in the process and making sure I was doing ok the whole time. I would recommend them again and I will be going back here for more dental work as they were so very helpful and did an amazing job.

I’ve been a patient at Newport dental for a long time. Im Always treated me with respect. Never treat me like a number. From the front office to the back. Had an appointment at 1:00pm,and went in at 12:40,and as a new patient though it would be a good idea to go earlier and fill out forms and verify insurance. I turned in my paper work by 1:09 because I was called to the desk twice. I was called for x-rays close to 2 pm.and wait in the lobby again for long time because there was no rooms available. When I was called back I had waited for about 1 and a half hour, but during that time I got to see all the reviews and made my eyebrows raised with concerns and I told the nice x-ray lady that I was scared and decided to leave. I was willing to pay for any fees, but I was told that I didn't owe anything. I left and about 30 minutes later I received a call from the front office girl that checked me in. She said "I hear you had questions about the wait! She told me that I can go anywhere I want. Anywhere you go you'll have to wait specially if you're a new pt.because they'll need to register and verify insurance " I understand that specially working in the medical field my self,and I told her that, but she was very rude and confrontational rather then being apologetic. I didn't get her name,but she assured me that she did my registration. Very disappointed 😞 and waste of time and energy 😪..

This is the main reason why I don't go to the dentist! Extremely long wait. Felt rushed when I was examined. Felt like they were just pushing way too many procedures for money. The only nice person there was the lady that helped me at the end with finances. Other than that I would give 0 stars. Office was dirty. My appointment was at 4:30 and I was seen at 6:30pm. I will not be coming back.
