I took for granted that all dental offices were run as professionally as Canyon Crest. The difference became obvious when I visited another dental practice which sent me running "home" to Canyon Crest Dental (CCD). The CCD office is immaculately clean and organized. All staff are professional, skilled, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. These are the best of the best! They have the latest modern equipment and do everything possible to make patients comfortable. Their finance person has many years of experience and knowledge of benefits in all insurance plans. The previous office gave me an outrageously high estimate for a single tooth implant saying that my insurance plan wouldn't cover it. I found out from Canyon Crest Dental that my insurance plan actually covers 50%. That's a huge reduction in my out-of-pocket cost.

I came back to this dentist after two years, and the experience was just as amazing as I remembered! The entire team is professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. My cleaning was excellent — my teeth looked rejuvenated, brighter, and so healthy afterward. You can tell the staff truly cares about their patients and the quality of their work. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

I was very impressed with everyone at your office, from the ladies at the front desk to Olga, who was so helpful when she made my appointment over the phone and in person. Including everyone else I came into contact with on my first visit: Vanessa, Kristy, and Dr. Nora. There was also the lovely lady who went over the treatment plan and fees with me. We started talking about her daughter and nursing school, and I forgot her name, but she was very sweet and attentive. Thank you! I am a person who is very anxious about going to the dentist and the staff at Canyon Crest Dental made me feel comfortable and safe in an environment I would typically avoid. The dental assistant , hygienist and doctor listened to my concerns and made any adjustment on their end to make sure my visit went smoothly. The entire staff from front office to the dentist were so sweet and friendly. I appreciate the care they give and will continue to go here because of this reason alone. Not to mention that the clinic is very nice, clean, organized and punctual. I can’t stand when I have an appointment and then I have to wait another hour to be called but that’s not the case at Canyon Crest Dental. Thank you for the excellent service you provide.
