Fuller Smiles - Dentist - Long Beach

My first visit to.Fuller Smiles in Long Beach. I was seen very quickly and had X-rays and a cleaning with my insurance. I was also given a full treatment needed assessment. I will be returning to complete the procedures. Thank you to Dr. James and Kevin Le my RDH as well as the great office staff. Highly recommended.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, including two fully impacted lowers, and the experience was honestly smoother than I expected. The staff was calm, clear, and reassuring, which helped a lot because I was definitely nervous going in. The dentist explained everything beforehand, answered my questions (even the random ones), and didn’t rush me. The procedure itself was quick, and recovery instructions were straightforward. I appreciated that they were honest and realistic about healing. Overall, I felt taken care of and respected. I’d recommend them if you’re anxious about getting wisdom teeth removed.

They bribe you with an electric toothbrush for a good review but when I came last year it was so unprofessional. The staff is very cliquey like its highschool, no one greeted me upon entering their raggedy office both times I had to come in, felt the need to scrunch up faces at me for needing to make phone calls before deciding if I wanted to pay for their service, the financial woman has a horrific and demeaning attitude, it was an overall nightmare. Nor did my crown and root canal ever properly heal causing me to have to go elsewhere months later. Rough handed, rude, unwelcoming people. I do not recommend.

It’s been long time that I never went to the dentist. This morning I went to this office . So early. I meet this Lady . She is so friendly . One staff that did my X-ray . He got patient with me . I got so nervous. Anyway the doctor that seen me . He is very nice . He explained every thing . It’s comforting experience.

I was greeted with nice welcome and after I finished filling out the paperwork I was taken to the room and was taken care of by a very beautiful nurse and the Doctor was great direct to the point and I was taken care of beautifully. It was a pleasure to meet everyone there and I was glad to have been there.
