Dentist of Long Beach

Dentist of Long Beach has been such a pleasant experience. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and scheduling/rescheduling is always easy—Adriana is on top of it and reaches out well in advance. I’ve been doing Invisalign for just under a year to close some gaps, and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. Every visit feels professional and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I only have excellent things to say about this dentist office. They do an excellent job with their actual dentistry work all around. The staff all pay close attention to detail and make sure the patients are comfortable while doing their work. They are incredibly hospitable and make the experience a fun one. A couple of staff that made my experience great were Yesenia and Dr. Ryan. I would definitely recommend Dentist of Long Beach.

I recommend you listen to the call with the receptionist Adriana around 11:50pst today which was recorded for training purposes. Really good learning opportunity for customer service, I truly felt like she was having a different conversation than me. Completely unable to provide me with easy information and pricing relative to my needs and kept answering my questions with sarcasm. Had to part ways with the service before I even got into a dentists chair. I wish you and Adriana the best.

I have been going to Dentist of Long Beach for about 10 months now for my ortho treatment and I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office. The girls in the front office are so sweet and always very charming. The ortho doctor is amazing too, she’s very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone!
