I am very happy with the expertise and care given to me with Bloom! They had me use angel aligners which were very effective AND more affordable than Invisalign. Like others have said, the staff is very kind and I had no issues with scheduling appointments in a timely manner. The ONLY area of improvement I would like them to work on is educating patients on what exactly long term treatment can look like at the very beginning. I didn’t know about the need for my permanent retainer until the end of my aligner treatment, so it felt kinda sprung on out of nowhere. Nonetheless, the doctor was reassuring and great with explaining the process once the topic was brought up. Overall, would definitely recommend!

I and my sister have visited Dr. Vu's both offices in Garden Grove and Long Beach and we love everything from care quality to office experience. We have different types of braces (mine is invisalign and my sister has traditional braces). Dr. Vu and her staff have been providing us the best care possible. She cares very much about the treatment quality until achieving the best result. The staff also accommodate you with every appointment, sending reminders days before and making sure your next appointment is as smooth as possible. After my treatment has been done, they are still following up with me for the next 6 months to make sure I wear my retainer properly. Thanks to Dr. Vu and her staff, I feel confident with my smile now.

Bloom Orthodontics is amazing! Dr. Vu and her amazing team are the best. I did InBrace lingual braces and am glad I did it with them. My adjustment took a lot longer because of my schedule and travel locations, but they were very understanding and flexible to accommodate me in different locations. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a more confident smile with the best staff and service.

I love the staff the office manager and Dr Vu! She listens to your concerns and tries to address them as much as possible without making harsh decisions. Everyone is sweet and I love Dorothy! She is the absolute best technician in the office!!!! I do have additional concerns post braces and I’ll be back after cosmetic consultation. **I have returned and it’s still an amazing experience! They have addressed all of my concerns and have helped me maintain my smile 😀 with less visible gums and straighter teeth. Love the staff, the office manager and Dr Vu!
