Our kids actually enjoy going to the orthodontist, which says everything! The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians, is incredibly warm, patient, and engaging. They are fantastic at talking directly to children, easing any nerves, and making the whole process fun. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. They are always accommodating to our busy family schedule. A truly stress-free and wonderful experience for parents and kids alike!

First this review has been long overdue and I’ve already completed my treatment of Invisalign here at Simply Orthodontics. But let me tell you right now stop looking for another office. Sure ortho is not cheap so that’s why it’s so important to find somewhere that will actually listen to you instead of looking at you with dollar signs. I’ve done my research and I made the hour commute to come here is honestly because I felt heard and seen. So many places just made me feel forced or pressured to sign with them same-day and didn’t really give me the chance to think it over. So when I met Min I knew instantly this was it I finally found my dental home to help correct my bite and smile. She was so kind and listened to me that I felt I wasn’t just a patient but part of their family. Being taken care of from the beginning to end their level of service and communication was like a 5 star luxury hotel. Dr Shung was always great he doesn’t give you the stuffy old school I won’t talk to you vibes. Instead he will find topics to chat with you and he’s like the nicest doctor you will ever meet. They remember the little details and the staff actually greets you by your name. I can go on and on about how amazing Simply Orthodontics is but you just have to try them out yourself. The consultation is complimentary so it doesn’t hurt to give them a chance. Also they are upfront with pricing and have payment plans available which is so helpful. I appreciate their honesty and how they are transparent so you know they truly want the best interest for you. Trust me when you enter their doors you will feel their warmth and hospitality waiting to welcome you to be part of their dental family.

Dr. Shung and Mana are hands down the coolest in the game. The entire team here is awesome. I started my journey with some pretty noticeable gaps and crooked teeth, and I just walked out with a perfectly straight smile. The whole process was seamless; every appointment was smooth, and they really respect your time. What stood out most was during one of my last visits; Dr. Shung was super meticulous about making sure my smile was 100% perfect before finishing up. I really resonated with that level of care. I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out. Huge thanks to the Simply Orthodontics crew!

3 of my kiddos are patients at Simply Orthodontics. The front office staff are very professional and personable. The office environment is very welcoming, bright, and relaxed. We appreciate Dr. Shung & Dr. Mana’s care. They are very straightforward about treatment plans. You never feel rushed and they take the time to answer questions. Min, the Treatment Coordinator, is very helpful and explains the treatment options thoroughly. The office will work with you to get an appointment time that works for you.

This orthodontic clinic is truly amazing! Both of my kids got their braces done here, and we couldn’t be happier with the results — their smiles look perfect now. Every doctor and staff member is so friendly, patient, and caring. They always take time to explain things and make sure my kids feel comfortable and confident. The clinic is super clean, bright, and welcoming. Prices are fair too, especially for the quality of care you get. I’m so thankful for the whole team here — they really made the whole experience smooth and positive. Highly recommended! 💖
