S Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics

I really contemplated whether or not to leave a critical review. I just got off a phone call with the receptionist to schedule another appointment but with a different doctor, which they were able to accommodate but only at a different location. At the end of the call I decided to give my feedback on our experience as a family and why I didn't want to go back to their location. I let her know that it was because the last time we were there, we felt really judged as a family for our baby still having his pacifier. We were at the beginning of navigating his neurodivergence, and instead of any kind of understanding we were lectured. This was our second appointment and we never went back. Whenever I would think about making an appointment, that negative experience lingered. I let the receptionist hear my experience and asked to let doctor know his impact. She was very dismissive and because I don't believe she would pass on the message here I am writing a Google review. Feedback matters, please don't dismiss my experience.

Dr. Barnett is awesome!!! Best Dr my kids ever had. They love him! Staff are very accommodating. This office does an amazing job.

The staff is kind, prompt and helpful everytime we have a visit. They always seem to be in a good mood and seem happy to be at work. Dr. Barnett is a really cool & great dentist, always asks if there’s any concerns. The office is always neat and very clean as it should. My kid doesn’t grumble when he has a dentist appt he actually likes coming here and getting his routine checkups. I highly recommend this dental office.

I absolutely love bringing my children here not only are appointments fast, but Dr.Barnett takes the time to explain things, it’s amazing with children and his staff is also friendly and amazing with children.

This place is awesome. Never a long wait,less than 10 minutes every time. The staff is professional and friendly. The dentist is friendly and ao good with the kids and parents. Today my son went,and a young lady with shoulder length hair and glasses did my sons zfays,and teeth brushing. She was amazing with interacting with my sonand making him feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office.
