I had another outstanding experience at Marketplace Smiles Dentistry. I’ve been a patient for many years, and the level of care has always been exceptional. Dr. Gill is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making each visit comfortable and stress-free. Robin is welcoming, kind, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel cared for. Jarred was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout my visit. The entire team consistently delivers a positive experience with genuine compassion and professionalism. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Marketplace Smiles Dentistry to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

Robyn made my experience very low anxiety and educated me on good oral health. She explained everything she was doing and how it would benefit me. She offered information about products and tools I can use as well. I look forward to seeing her at my next cleaning. The office music was my genre and era which was a plus. The ladies at front office and billing were patient and courteous.

Went in today with high hopes. After my dental insurance is no longer accepted at my dentist office of over 20 years. Not the best reviews, I found another dentist almost 5 star. But going through my dental insurance portal DDS Manpreet Kaur was covered. She seemed very nice as well as her assistant that took my x-ray and scan. My first sign should have been the Oral Fitness Check they did and proud because no other dentist office does it...I wonder why? Probably because not needed. I arrived at 1:05pm. With appointment at 1:30pm. I did not leave until 2:50pm. After the x-rays, then tech came into check gums. Then DDS came back in to explain everything to me and needing a deep cleaning every 3 months for my gums and a crown and a referral to see endodontist for previous root canal. Plus possible crown on a hairline fracture of a tooth next to crown. Plus extra cost for a special stronger crown they use as opposed to porcelain ones I have. I was quick to say, I only want what my insurance covers and to know the cost before I authorize anything. We'll tone in her voice changed. The girl that handles insurance came in explaining what my insurance would cover and not cover. Mind you I filled out all paperwork online including that I wanted my routine dental cleaning. Well after that long wait to be told the only 2 techs that do cleaning were on last patient and I would have to reschedule my cleaning for another day to come back. Never has that happened to me in my over 40 years of seeing good dentists. Needles to say I will pay the extra out of pocket to go to the almost 5 star dentist office with over 1,500 reviews. I should have trusted my gut instinct but I like to give an opportunity because you never know. I am not lying and you can see page that was given to me below with total costs after dental insurance coverage. Very sad to see this in our Healthcare providers now days. Especially as I work in the medical field.

(26 yo, non-binary person) I hadn't been to a dentist in over 5 years & was scared to do so due to prior experiences as a child. I finally decided to book an appointment & chose this place because of its proximity to where I live. It was a great choice as every staff member I interacted with were extremely kind. I booked a number of appointments (deep cleaning, teeth whitening, & Invisalign) with various individuals & left satisfied each time.

I’m giving 5 stars to Robyn the dental hygienist who gave such quality service to my teenager. She was thorough, caring and passionate about making sure my daughter understood the care she was receiving and how to maintain her care at home. We honestly have never had that kind of experience, EVER. I appreciate her so much!
