Marketplace Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

My daughter had chipped her front teeth severely during the weekdays and I took her to multiple doctors and none of them had time for my daughter. But Dr.Manpreet took me in the same day making time for us. Her and her assistant Monica RDA did everything (root canal and crown) a span of a few hours with amazing results and professionally. I highly recommend going there they have great customer service and great staff.

They have horrible customer service, very horrible!! With attitude and everything like they don’t even like there job or care for there patients (new patients)! To top it off they lie! I called 3 times.. I was told they accepted my insurance, but then I was told that they didn’t accept my insurance. And they Ignoring my insurance when they were trying to contact them to see if I was eligible. Mind you I spoke to 3 different people from this office! They had a lot of attitude. When they spoke to my insurance, One of the girls from the office got offended because my insurance. Lady that was super sweet and helpful. Spoke to her. We did three way and put her in her place. After my insurance, Lady spoke to her. Now. They except my insurance. Now they can accept me to their dentist office and my insurance said the only thing I had to pay is five dollars for a visit but I’m sure they were trying to get money out of me. Just like my insurance. Lady said a lot of offices do that so I would be careful. Whoever goes to this dentist, or any other dentist Office. I do not recommend this at all, they need to change the staff from the office that answer the phones very rude, very unprofessional, and they need to learn manners zero out of 10. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great experience. The new patient registry was easy. The explanation of treatment plan/cost was detailed and explained well. The dental assistant was thorough. Dr. Hehar was excellent. The exit of my visit with Sarah extremely pleasant & efficient.

Good experience from scheduling over the phone to being in person. All doctors/hygienists were very thorough and let me know all possible options. Dr. Kaur and RDA Laura were very warm and made me feel safe. I particularly don’t fancy the dentist (phobia), but I felt like I was in good hands here. For my official work day, Dr. Kaur and Lilly made the entire experience very soothing for me! I don’t particularly fancy the dentist, so I went in a little nervous, but had no reason to be! Thank you both!

Everyone there, treated me very well! All the staff at MarketPlace Smiles, were friendly and very helpful. My dentistry team were all very supportive and helpful. Robyn was very pleasant and soft spoken, as well as the rest of the team. I’m happy that I have such a great team, to help me on my journey to better oral health! Great Job, guys!
